After waiting for a shuttle for 15 mins, as we we told when checked in that they run every half hour, we called the hotel to be told there was no shuttle running and to take a Checker Cab and they would pay for it. waited on hold for 20 mins to be told there was no shuttle running. wasted over half an hour trying to confirm shuttle service then had to go find a cab. very poor service. not what i expected. probably wont use this service again at this hotel.

The beds were comfortable but I had the feeling that the room could have been cleaned a bit better. The sheets on the beds a stains and were quite wrinkled which gave me an uneasy feeling that maybe they had not been washed? For a quick, reasonably priced stopover when travelling, this hotel fits the bill. I would not say it would my choice for a long term stay.
The room had the best window coverings that I have ever seen in a hotel room I wish every hotel would have them installed.
The staff were friendly enough but seemed to have trouble with language barriers.
The shuttle bus was absolutely filthy, the seats made me feel like I needed to change my clothes as soon as I got out at the hotel.

Nice hotel & close to the airport. Only downside is that when we booked we were not notified that the shuttle was not running on the weekends so had to take a taxi to the airport & again back from the airport. We've stayed here a few times and on weekends before so this was not expected. Other than that it was a good stay & nice to be able to park our car for our trip.

Despite what is online shuttle is running alternate hours.
They called us a taxi and forced us to take our car seat to the airport. Taxi driver tried to charge us overtime rather than bill the hotel.
We weren't aware until we arrived.

The hotel experience was great. We ended up stranded in Zimbabwe and had to change our reservation. The hotel handled our situation well but told me to contact ParkSleepFly. Unfortunately, the website could not be accessed from Zimbabwe.

Very nice Hotel. Rooms are large, comfortable beds and lots of toiletries provided. Hotel has basically everything you need for a family including a gym, pool and restaurant although due to the virus everything was shut down. Close to airport with fast shuttle service.

Mostly good. A mistake was made and got billed twice but it was fixed a week later.
Beds and pillows comfy.
Shuttle to airport was pleasant.
Poor selection of snacks in shop.
Upon return, no shuttle was provided. Had to take a cab. Wasn't pleasant at all.

I had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle to go to the airport, the front desk clerk even called a cab as the fellow was late. Coming back I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle, it was -26 in Calgary and I tried to call the hotel a # of times but either the front desk clerk never answered or I got disconnected. Was very disappointed. Finally took a cab back to the hotel. Was very disappointed in the shuttle service and won't use this hotel again for travel

I called shuttle at 10pm Friday night, waited outside for 25 minutes then called again. Shuttle arrive at 10:45. By the time we got on the shuttle my hands were numb from the cold. I didn’t want to go inside and wait for fear I’d miss seeing the shuttle. Upon arrival at the holiday inn we found that the restaurant had closed at 10:30, I feel that if we’d gotten on the shuttle earlier we would have been able to eat some dinner.
Saturday morning I got up and had a short, less than 5 minute shower. By the time I got out of the shower the water in the bath tub was up to my ankles and the water still hadn’t drained by the time we left the room about 20 minutes later.
I didn’t bother saying anything to the staff, by this time I knew I’d never be back.

Very disappointed with the service. Asked for crib but was not available. On return we called for pick up and was told the driver was grocery shopping. My granddaughter stood outside while it was very cold. Took almost 1 hour for pick up. Paid for parking and but had to park on street. This a bad experience and we will not book your hotel again.
