I always use this hotel when I fly from DCA. I always enjoy the park sleeping and fly. Everyone is nice. There is a restaurant on site. Parking is in a covered garage safe and secure.

Parking is a covered garage and room was clean and well maintained. The shuttle service to the airport was great but it was the first run of the day. Returning to the hotel from airport, we waited 30 minutes to be picked up.

The shuttle didn't have extensive hours of operation. The shuttle stopped running at 8PM and we returned at 9PM that we needed to make other arrangements.

This was the first time I used ParkSleepFly and I was very happy with the convenience of not having to fight DC/95 traffic PLUS we saved overall on the price of parking at DCA.

The first room we were assigned had sticky, dirty vinyl floors in the entry and bath. The second was better but still not very clean.
The shuttle service was nonexistent for us. None available at 4:30 am when we had to leave for the airport. We had to hire a car at $55. On the return we waited 54 minutes for the shuttle, calling the hotel 4 times. We are 70 and 72 years old and the temperature was 94 degrees. We finally took a cab at the cost of $40.

Hotel itself met expectations, however, there was no shuttle service either way for our flight and it wasn’t shown in the website or reservation that there was no shuttle service for our flight times. It cost us another $85 to get transportation to and from the airport. It would have been cheaper to just pay for parking at the airport.

shuttle service is only from 8 am to 8 pm. we were never told this. our departing flight was earlier than 8 am and the return flight was after 8 pm. had to really struggle to find our own transportation last minute

Due to Covid, food services were limited, but the alternate offerings for breakfast were more than adequate. The staff also gave dining information to nearby restaurants and provided a shuttle service, making the whole experience very easy.
