Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Solid breakfast available early. Would stay again. For the airport shuttle, waited a little bit past departure time the day we left. About 10 min late. On pickup, waited around 45 min and was difficult to sync up with the shuttle driver. Tried to provide my cell # over the phone and it didn't go well. Hard to hear at the airport as well. Shuttle was well past time that was communicated for pickup. Family was tired and frustrated from a long day of travel at this point. Would be good to see some updates on the pickup process. Maybe have cell number recorded prior and use text message to confirm.

Great hotel and location. Used every time we fly from BWI. The only issue this last time was they couldn't find my confirmation- the first/last name field used my middle initial making my name AKeefer; they were very patient and persistent to make my reservation complete.

Very pleased with the Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great variety. The shuttle was timely. No issues at all. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great, quiet, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked with choices, good food and coffee. The staff was helpful and pleasant throughout the entire process.

Upon arrival for the stay the hotel staff was wonderful. Room was clean, temp was comfortable, Shuttle to the airport was fine, but upon our return I called the hotel to let them know that we were ready for pickup. They said 10-15 mins. So we gathered our luggage and went outside to wait. 25 mins later I called again, they said it would be 2 mins, it was another 10. Traffic was not heavy and the ride is really only 10-15 mins. The driver was fine, helped with the luggage, etc. Just the wait outside in the cold (it was Feb 28) was a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Covered parking would have been a plus but certainly not a necessity. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, shuttle left hotel in plenty of time to get to airport and picked us up within 10-15 minutes of calling. Will definitely recommend.
