I stayed two nights. The bed I had the first night was pretty hard for my liking but I had a very early morning flight so it worked. The second night things were better. During my second stay when I returned from my trip I did not get to the hotel until 1 am. Hung the sign to let housekeeping know that I was sleeping in but they still knocked on my door at 8 am and repeatedly said "housekeeping!" I did bring this to the attention of the hotel staff and am confident that they will address it. I choose to stay at Holiday Inn Express when I can because I am part of their loyalty program. I discovered that they also have a park and fly program which I will likely use going forward because I will receive credit and program benefits when I stay. I do not get any of the loyalty program benefits when I use ParkSleepFly.

My room had bed bugs and I had to change my room in the middle of the night. This was an inconvenience given I had to be up at 4:45 am for my flight. I honestly feel I should be refunded or given a credit
