Not an ultimate luxury hotel but completely adequate for a one night stay before a flight the next morning. Staff was very helpful. If I had to make any criticism, I prefer softer lighting in my room vs. the brighter bulbs used in this facility.

We came in after 12 am and the shuttle was not running. The reservation form said service stopped at 12 am.
I question this and was told at check in that the shuttle would be available if I called before arrival. I called and was informed that the shuttle stopped at 11.
Took taxi to parking lot.

The hotel was great, but I am lowering their score because the airport shuttle took forever and they are 5 minutes away, there were no cups, or soap left in our room, and
Breakfast was not included in our stay. However, we did have breakfast provided by an independent service in the lobby which was delicious!
Also note, there is nothing close by that is open after 9:00 pm close by for dinner. ( Denny’s) was not open 24/7 ) and sine the shuttle was so slow, we had to bang on Burger King window after hours to get any food. They were very understanding and wonderful.

Hotel was fine but we specifically booked this property because they had shuttle service beginning at 4:00am. But the shuttle driver didn't show up that day, so the front desk staff had to hustle up another ride for us. Hopefully it was an unusual occurrence.

Great room except free continental breakfast ends at 6 am! It would be nice if it was extended an hour!

Fantastic service. I had an early flight so it was wonderful just sleeping at the hotel and taking the shuttle in the morning to the airport. Upon return I just called and the shuttle came right over and took me right to my car and even helped me with my bags. I will do this again, it was so convenient and easy.

Stayed just one night as part of the ParkSleepFly program. Hotel was clean, great bar/bar food. One thing I could recommend (since our car was parked under a tree and had lots of bird mess on it after two weeks) a service to offer (for a charge) a car wash the day before you pick up your car. I, for one, would certainly make use of this service..
