Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Denver - Denver International Airport

Please improve the quality of the breakfast. It was devoid of protein items. How about some peanut butter, yogurt and/or hard boiled eggs? Really not anything a diabetic person should eat.

Front desk staff was a little rude when questioned about the return shuttle to hotel, and gave the wrong information. I would not stay at this particular hotel again, but I will definitely use the Park/Sleep/Fly service again.

Mid level hotel. Rooms ok. Front desk indifferent. Good shuttle.

All was great except for the wait for the shuttle at the airport, which was over an hour.

quick to check in. Nice room but was located next to the elevator equipment room. Noisy all night.

The hotel was not very nice - needs a lot of updating - carpets are dirty and stained and such was the case with dry wall repairs that were not done well, etc. A disappointment - fortunately, we were just there for a quick sleep.

Rooms were clean. Walls are paper thin… so you hear everything from every wall. Staff was very friendly. The driver on the way back from the airport was great, had some classical music playing

We wiped the room down it was filthy dried food on the wall, dirty phone and remote and left proof in the room. We requested our money back, manager said she could only give us another room, that their maids clean differently. Uhm, wow!

Our shuttle was at 3:20 am. There was coffee, bagels and sweet rolls ready in the lobby. The shuttle was right on time. It is really nice not to have to deal with parking and getting yourself to the airport for those early flights.

Hotel was very old. Duct tape holding fridge closed. Not clean.

It is a budget hotel, but it serves it's need. The "business center" is a single computer in the lobby. Unfortunately this was being used by an apparently homeless person using a trash bag for luggage trying to "book a room" while I just needed access to a printer. I finally gave up waiting. I did get a good night sleep before catching my morning flight. The shuttle was ready to go when I came down. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Served it’s purpose but I wouldn’t want to stay for long. The gals working front desk when I checked in and out were friendly. Continental breakfast was meager. Shuttle service was easy.

We had an awful experience getting the shuttle back to the hotel from the airport - we waited over 2 hours for the shuttle. The first shuttle drove past us, did not stop. The shuttle we finally got after waiting 2 hours and 15 min was packed! I believe some patrons were left behind as we were from the first shuttle we saw. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!

Hotel was convenient to the airport and met my expetations.

Very friendly staff. Room was horrible. Just gross. Smelled horrible, stuff all over walls, etc.

Room was okay, the shampoo and conditioner appeared half filled or previously used

When we arrived to our room the entire 2nd floor smelled of marijuana. I did report this to the front desk person but "What could she do???" Which is true, I just wanted to make a report of it. Our bed sunk in the middle and the curtain was falling off the rod. The shuttle was on time at 400 am. Our driver was very courteous. A++ On our return I tried calling the hotel several times to ask about where we were to go to pick up the shuttle and at what time. NO ANSWER. When I asked once we returned to the hotel...He had no idea why no one answered the phone. Our bed was more comfortable this time around but the curtain was still off the rod. Also, there was trash all over the place, in the lobby, on the grounds etc. Pure laziness in my opinion. These are minor issues and I am not one to complain but it was very noticeable and made me very uncomfortable. Do you use other properties?
