Hotel visit was very good. We needed more information about how to find Shuttle at the airport. It took over an hour to get Shuttle. Our car was in good hands while we were gone.

Because of other obligations, I didn't't get in until around midnight the night before my flight, but I still had plenty of time to get some good sleep and a workout in before having to leave for BNA (the airport.) In fact, I had to leave a little early, because my flight wasn't until 4:30 PM, and while I the hotel was kind enough to let me stay an hour late, I still had to leave by noon, which was fine. On the return, it took my carrier 45 minutes to get our bags out to the carousel, so when I called the hotel phone number immediately after I got my bags, it was 23:03 (11:03 PM), I was told that the shuttle had stopped running at 23:00 and that I would have to get an Uber or a taxi, which cost me an extra $22. Again, not a huge deal, but something of which I was not made aware when I made my reservations. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We never used the shuttle. They closed it the day before our flight because of weather and we never used the parking. Our flight was also cancelled..

Excellent customer service, so convenient, shuttle service was quick, efficient, and on time. Shuttle to airport was set for 6 am so got to lobby at 545. Ladies serving breakfast allowed us to browse and get something to eat. Very very impressed.

We had to book a last-minute flight for an unexpected funeral. Our flight was really early so we decided to also book the Park, Sleep and Fly option. It made everything so much easier. Best decision we ever made!

The room was very spacious and clean. It was also very quiet sleeping. We had an early flight so we took the shuttle to the airport. The driver was very polite and courteous.

I reviewed this on yelp, but I will be glad to review it here as well.
The hotel appears to have been remodeled, was clean, the staff was professional and friendly, as well as very helpful. For example, the first room I was given, had a non-functioning air conditioner, and when I called down about it almost immediately, someone came and gave me a key to a different room,
The breakfast that was included was much better than expected.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was well appointed with a very comfortable bathroom area and a mini fridge included.
There was a free shuttle service to and from the airport and the driver was prompt and Could not have been more pleasant.
I left my car while I traveled, and upon returning found it, just where I left it in perfect condition.
It is not the Ritz Carlton, but I did not expect it to be. However, it did exceed my expectations in almost every area next
