Hotel check in staff was great and parking were fine. Shuttle driver did not show up in the morning so we had to UBER it - morning staff member was not helpful except to give us a phone number of a cab company (45 min wait for them). Not so great when you plan your morning around shuttle time to airport. Luckily there was an UBER driver nearby.

Holiday Day Inn GEG exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed. When we returned from trip after 2 weeks, our battery was drained. Richard (shuttle drive) got jumper cables and made sure our car was running fine. He went above board for us with loading the bags as well. We will do this again when situation arises.

Hotel, room, and staff were great. Parking is not secure. I came back to a car without a catalytic converter. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, but not for long-term parking.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff did a very good job. The morning shuttle taking us to the airport was timely and courteous.
The complaint was the shuttle on our return: No service was available! We returned at 12:30 PM. When i called the hotel for the shuttle, I was informed that they stopped at noon, and they would resume at 5:00. We were not informed of this at any time. This caused us to spend extra time and $25 to go the mile and a half from the airport to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle. Not acceptable.

My experience on the website was great, but somehow the Holiday Inn got the wrong return date. This resulted in me not having a room on my return because they were full that night, and having to hustle at midnight (2 a.m. for me coming from a different time zone) to find a room at another hotel. Not sure where the communication breakdown happened. I would definitely check directly with the hotel to make sure everything is as expected. Another small issue was that the shuttle hours listed on the site were not totally accurate.

Do not stay here! We did not receive a shuttle to the airport in either direction. We were told the shuttle service is “part time” and had to Lyft to the airport and Taxi back costing and extra $45. I parked for 10 days and came back to my brand new tires tampered with and the air let out. No security and a shady area. The maintenance staff was very helpful with my tires. We booked a double queen and were given a King. The hotel was sold out so 3 of us shared a King. Will not be back and I travel often!
