Everything was ok at the hotel

This was a nice small hotel in Plattsburg that provided everything the travellers may need. While we used the hotel for only one night, to continue our WDW trip on the next day, we enjoyed staying there. Check-in/out experience was great, breakfast was quite good, the staff was very helpful. We left our car at the hotel instead of the airport and enjoyed nice and smooth transfer from/to the hotel.
The family even had an opportunity to enjoy the warm pool, which was a nice thing after driving through the snow storm.

Better than leaving the car at the airport. Comfy room when I came back and great shuttle service to and from the airport with friendly staff. Throw in a hot breakfast and a swim in the pool and who could ask for more...

hotel was clean and convenient. Ride to airport was on time. Only downside was that our trip was ct short by a week and the hotel did not offer to adjust the price due to parking 7 less days.
