Making the booking was easy. The hotel was spotless. The hotel staff however forgot to put us on the shuttle list for the morning after taking all our information so we almost missed our flight out for a long awaited vacation. Was told I would be contacted regarding my inconveniences and never was.
Return was smooth and easy, but unsure I would stay here again and use the shuttle services.

This was an outstanding experience! From the check-in with Wade to the 3am Uber ride scheduled by Julia (flight delayed several hours) the staff was fantastic. We will definitely be using this hotel and this service again.

the trip to the airport was fine. the return was not. we had to wait over 50 minutes for our ride. the driver indicated she could not pick us up in front of building. there was a language barrier creating confusion on the cars location adding to our stress. there are a number of hotels offering this park and fly service. we will be going with somebody else next time.
