The only real negative for this hotel is the lack of an elevator to the second floor. Perhaps I should have specified in my reservation, but an 80 year old arriving at night after a flight has difficulty hauling a suitcase up the stairs and there weas no offer of help. There were not first floor rooms avaiable when I arrived.

Best Western -airport a frequented place for stay only or park/sleep/shuttle-fly like we did; vehicle intact when we returned after 2 weeks away. Although on a schedule of 30 minute interval, the shuttle arrived soon after calling. The driver also took our luggage to second level; there is no elevator/lift. You can adjust your room temp and bathroom tub had a traction-grade area to prevent slipping which is a big deal! There is indoor/outdoor seating for take-away /to-go breakfast of hashbrown, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagel, green chile sauce. What a treat! I am hoping Best Western/SPF pay sufficient for staff service and accommodation.

The hotel was quite nice and people were friendly. I was frustrated to learn that the only shuttle available from the hotel to the airport (.2 miles away) was leaving at 3:00am for my 5:30 flight. The later shuttles were already full with 4 people each. Additionally upon my return, when I phone the hotel to be picked up from the airport, I was told I had to wait 25 minutes for the next shuttle to come get me. Maybe these are small things, but I will not use ParkSleepFly again when I could simply drop my car at a parking service and be taken to the airport (and picked up) immediately.

Hotel busy but nice room
On the return we waited over 30 minutes. We called the hotel several times and they kept telling us “the shuttle was on the way but they had a big group” . The person on the phone did not answer the phone with the hotel name and was rude. He finally told us “the shuttle was a free service and we should just wait”. He was [a jerk]. I use Park and Fly a lot and will not use this hotel anymore.

Nice hotel. Arrived too late to take advantage of its facilities. No elevator so had to carry heavy luggage up and down stairs. Help was offered up but not down. Was promised ‘grab n go’ breakfast for 5 AM shuttle but warned that often the staff doesn’t provide it; special note written by desk clerk but morning desk knew nothing and had nothing to give but a random granola bar. Shuttle slow and desk understaffed when I returned Sunday 1PM.

Good place to stay when you need to get up for an early flight! The shuttle and drivers were helpful and polite. When I got to the airport at 2am, the driver was VERY helpful. My front tire was low after sitting for two weeks, he put the coordinates to get to an air station into my phone for me so I would be sure to find it! Very polite, helpful staff!
The room was a basic room, but it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
