Delavan Hotel and Spa - Buffalo Niagara International Airport

Very Classy location at a reasonable price. Ample parking to the rear of building. Shuttle service was great to/from motel. The entire motel and room was very well kept and clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Sonny was very friendly at check-in. Multiple bars and live music the night we checked in—well away from the rooms so there was no noise. We will be returning in the future.

Room and desk service great! Shuttle service helpful to the airport. Shuttle service personnel good. Shuttle mixup/confusion picking us up at the airport. Picked up another couple and left without us onboard.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Room was clean and beautiful. We left our car for 6 days with no issues and the shuttle service was great. Would recommend. We did not eat at the Restaurants on site but they have good reviews so we'll try next time.

Beautiful, well run hotel with great service. The hotel was perfect for our park, sleep, fly experience. They had everything ready upon our arrival, and provided everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Great experience.

Hotel was very nice and the staff were great. Shuttle service is terrible. Called at 6:30am for 7am shuttle, didn't show up and at 7:20am the front desk worker took us himself. On the way back we waited over thirty minutes and eventually had to take a taxi back to the airport. The hotel did pay for the taxi, but very inconvenient.

I admit I set the bar low. I expected a pretty basic room and a place to park my car for a week while I was in Canada. Boy - was I wrong! The hotel is gorgeous. The room was amazing. The hotel staff was phenomenal. You won’t regret booking your stay at Delavan

Everyone was nice, hotel is super clean and beautiful. Free coffee, bagels, muffins in morning after traveling for 30 hours was great. Bedding and pillows were great. Loved the large shower.

For the short time we stayed the hotel was very nice. Pros: very glam decor, clean, nice gift shop Cons: mediocre "free breakfast " of muffins. Stop blaming covid for everything sub par. Shuttle drivers were not wearing masks even though signs stated you must wear one in the shuttle. Speakint of shuttle , after our 10pm flight arrived I made 4 calls to the hotel for a shuttle. 2 out of 4 no response.... we waited an hour to be picked up.

Hotel staff and facility were amazing as always. We were disappointed by the airport pick up service. Driver was not timely (we were traveling with children). Also refused to take our group to the hotel in one trip even though we were all brought to the airport in the same vehicle.

This place is a hidden gem. I love that this is a boutique hotel. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast. Spacious room with incredible bathroom. Hotel has amazing decor. Only negative was the pickup shuttle at the end of our trip. We arrived after midnight and called for the shuttle. After waiting for 20 minutes called back and they authorized a taxi which the hotel paid for. Highly recommend this hotel.

Not a good experience. Person supposedly quit working so the hotel had to get us an alternative to the airport and on the way home I called the hotel and Holly told us they didn’t have a shuttle to come get us but we could call a cab. That was very inconvenient and I was not happy! When we finally arrived back to the Delevan “Holly”told us sometimes things happen and she couldn’t help that they didn’t have a shuttle it wasn’t her fault. It definitely wasn’t my fault and it was the worst experience I have ever had . A shuttle should be there like the other hotel shuttles were to get their park n fly customers.
