Average hotel close to airport

We were very happy with the service and felt our car was safe at this facility. All our needs were met.

Hotel was great. The gentleman at the front desk let me use his personal battery booster when we returned and could not start the car. Saved us a long wait for CAA.

Due to the virus bs...we had to come home a week early...paid for another week..?so that sucks but the staff were great

Our stay was what I had expected. Not overly great but not at all bad either :)

Staff at desk were friendly and checking in was easy. The room itself was okay, but the location of the room (Room 323) was not. We barely slept all night, because there are compressors right outside the window and they ran all night. The noise made it impossible to sleep. The food in the restaurant downstairs was okay; a little pricey for what they served., but it was convenient to have it in the hotel. Parking was okay and no problem with the shuttle.

Excellent! Clean, quiet, well located, check in easy, good restaurant & bar, efficient friendly staff all around. Shuttle was convenient & prompt. Great to leave vehicle in a convenient location relative to the airport.

Needs updating

Park and fly at the Wpg Airport BestWestern Hotel was definitely the way to go. Got to plug in the car and the shuttle service was prompt and drivers were very friendly. Would stay here and use this this service every time we travel. Hotel staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hotel was great. However. There were 5 people in shuttle and I realize that every culture is different, the driver stunk of strong BO. I have many of these employees and have informed them to shower if they want their job.

This was a wonderful service, and one we will definitely use again. The hotel room was lovely before our early morning flight (only wish we had more time to enjoy it before our middle-of-the-night wake-up call). The parking was well lighted and secure feeling. The shuttles were prompt and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience!
