Nice and clean! Only down fall is the hotel doesn’t have an elevator! So people that are flying in and out with suitcases might want to find a hotel that has an elevator. Thank god she was able to get us on the first floor because my grandma can’t climb steps well and we had big bags as we were leaving the next morning for vacation!

Very helpful, made the trip to Alaska way easier. My truck was safe and perfect when I returned 15 days later. Can't beat $5 a day for long-term parking. Will definitely use them again.

Needed more information about the shower as we did not know how to regulate the hot and cold to get a decent warm shower. Otherwise good for the price and convenience. Made our travel more pleasurable.

overall was a good experience with exception of the night staff not paying attention to request for wake up calls which I went to the front desk and made and personally watched the day staff write down. This happened during the outbound and inbound stays. Day manager was on top of things and very helpful, night time staff lacking in attention to details.

very pleased with the hotel as far as the person driving the shuttle when they picked us up at the after our stay in Arizona we were very displeased with she did not wear a mask I asked if she would wear a mask she stated she's had Covid and didn't need to. Everything else was GREAT!! THANK YOU

Very convenient. No need to worry about where to park at airport. Nice hotel with breakfast items to grab as early as 4 am for the early morning flyers. Will stay again.

The walls were quite thin and the bed was off its base. We fixed it ourselves. We were surprised there was no secure area for our vehicle while we were gone.
