stood out at pick up area for 45 min in 20 degree weather no shuttle ever came even after 3 phone calls , finally had to take a taxi cost me 45 dollars,won't be staying there again

Hotel was average. No parking spots available, had to leave car in 15 minute parking area for a week. Morning shuttle was full, had to use Uber at our own expense and was quite stressful.

Nice hotel. Quiet, other than hearing planes - but that is to be expected when you’re so close to an airport. Staff was super friendly - even sent me home with a few bottles of water for the road … so nice after a long day of travel

The hotel was very convenient to the airport. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. No restaurant but we planned ahead. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good enough. There wasn’t a restaurant in it or nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn’t any shampoo in the bathroom so I made do with the soap and conditioner. It’s the first time I’ve used this service so it would have been nice to have an information flyer about how to get the shuttle back to my car on my return home. Fortunately the hotel clerk patiently talked me through the process. Overall I had a positive experience and I would do it again.

The location of the hotel is out of the way and to get there there are many turns. The room was ok, but not great.
I accidentally left my insulin in the refrigerator, and only remembered while in flight. once I arrived at my destination, I called the hotel, to see if they could hold it for me, and I was told that they needed to speak to housekeeping, and they would call back the following day. No one ever called back, and when I returned from my trip, I was told that nothing was found.
