Great place to park and fly out of Masa Gateway. Comfortable and quiet overnight before flight out the next morning. Ten - fifteen minutes from airport but the shuttle service makes up for it. Would recommend when flying out of Masa Gateway.

Nicely appointed hotel. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Neutrogena toiletries. Fridge and microwave. Good TV viewing. Very happy with hotel accommodation. Service by staff was excellent. Jami at the reception desk went above and beyond in helping me; he directed me to nearby restaurants, provided water, printed out directions for my return trip home and ran to catch me before I left with a pair of shoes I had inadvertantly left in the room! Kudos to Jami for outstanding service.

The Hotel and park experience was fine. The ride part is where someone dropped the ball. The internet showed that the feature was available 24/7. A change was made by Hampton Inn mid June changing the times from 0800 to 2000 . I had an 0700 flight therefore had to pay $20.00 plus tip for a limo ride on 20 Jun. I parked my car at the Inn and returned on 1 Jul following a shuttle ride from Gateway to the Inn provided by Hampton. Car was fine.

It would be nice to have 2 chairs in the room for 2 people. Bed was excellent all was clean,able to control heat. Early shuttle driver could have been better. Didn’t help with luggage or open car doors. Was on cell phone texting . Our return driver was so nice. Did it all. Aplus for him. Good breakfast. A closer restaurant would have been a good choice or one in the hotel.

Great way to go!! hotel and staff were great very helpful and friendly. shuttle was waiting for us in the morning to go to the airport. when we returned we called for the shuttle, it was there in just a few minutes. overall very good!!!!!!

After a long week of hotels and moving around a lot I found this hotel to truly be a welcome reprieve. The room was large with good pillows (a rare commodity) and nice large clean bathroom. The staff went above and beyond. They were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever dealt with. The Breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was pleasant, informative and very accommodating. They went the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Would definitely stay again. Arrived on a late night flight. Hampton suggested I take a cab so I wouldn't have to wait and they would pay for it.
