Hotel was better than I expected. Clean, modern rooms. No cigarette smells. Friendly staff. The phone in my room didn't work. I was told that I'd have somebody knock on my door at 3:30 a.m. - didn't happen. The airport driver was ready for me at 4:15 a.m. as promised. Unfortunately, when I returned back from my trip and called the hotel for a ride, I was told that there was no driver available and to catch a cab or Uber. I am told that I will be credited by the hotel for my Uber ride. I hope so.

I will never stay there again. I asked 3 different times if the shuttle would pick me up when I returned at 8:30pm and was told yes. When I returned and called they said no driver to use Uber, Lyft or taxi and they would reimburse me. When I got back to motel they said manager would be there at 10am the next morning. The next morning twice they said he would be there. At 10am they said he wouldn't be in that day. I told them to NOT credit the card I used to pay for my stay because there was zero balance on it because I already paid the charges. They printed a copy of the card I said to use. Manager put credit, not full amount of taxi, on the card I said NOT to use. Credit didn't go through because of 0 balance. The room I had on my return there was no thermostat so they brought me a box fan. Still going around with manager for FULL refund of taxi and on correct card. I liked PS&F and will use again, just will never stay at Ramada Inn on Auburn Blvd in Sacramento again. The shuttle was there for my flight to the airport.

We chose to stay here because of the Park & Fly option. The hotel was dated but had all we needed for one nights stay. The shuttle service to the airport was great but when we called to be picked up from the airport we were told that the shuttle driver had called in sick so we needed to call a cab. WHAT!!!! No backup person for the shuttle driver? It ended up costing us $80.00 to get to the hotel to pick up our car!
The girl at the hotel felt bad and said that we would be reimbursed for the taxi ride.
I am still waiting for my money! Very disappointing!

Nice hotel, breakfast was a bit shallow... nothing hot except the waffle. Clean and quiet...a little far from the airport. No shuttle to pick us up but said they would reimburse the cab...a little nervous about getting that ...still waiting.

Stay was OK, Room was clean, beds comfortable and good shower. Luggage carts were bad. Shuttle to airport good.
Return, no shuttle, told to take a taxi and would be refunded money. Arrived at hotel, no refund, told manager would be in at 10 AM, so decided since it was late to spend the night. Waited until 10:30 AM, and manager was not there. Spoke to desk about refund of taxi. Desk clerk took information and said they would refund credit card. Still NO REFUND on credit card after 4 days. STILL WAITING.

Nice place to stay. The shuttle will get you to the airport at any time . Waiting an hour to be picked up is where it was bad.

Our experience was very good, we were treated well by the staff, our room was clean and very nice, the bed was comfortable and the shuttle service to/from the airport was good. We would diffidently stay here again as well as recommend to others.

There was no gas in the shuttle either on the way to the airport or on the way back. Both times they knew days in advance that they were supposed to shuttle me. So that resulted in me having rushing to the airport in a cab that took 45 minutes to come to the hotel because the hotel told them I needed to be picked up 5:45. That was actually the time I needed to be at the airport. And they had called the taxi at 4:50 to book it, and I would have made it to the airport in plenty of time. I had to to cut in front of the security line, angering people, and then was literally running through the airport in bare feet since I was in sandles. I was the last person to board the plane and almost missed it. On the way back I spent over an hour sitting outside in 100° heat surrounded by a cloud of cigarette smoke because they kept tell me that the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. I called for the shuttle at 1:00. I was told there that it would be there at 1:30. I called at 1:45 and was told that It had run out of gas and that they would be there in 10 minutes. They did not come until 2:15. The shuttle driver told me that they told him at 1:30 that I need to be picked up. He had been at lunch at 1 o’clock when I called. The hotel had known that I was going to be arriving at 1 o’clock. But they still sent the driver to lunch and had no gas in the shuttle . In addition, the porcelain was peeling off of the bathtub and there was mold on the fixtures in the bathroom. I usually stay at the Hilton Inn but they were out of rooms. You can be sure I’ll plan farther in advance next time! And all this after paying almost $200 for the room for one night. And through all this the manager, who was on site and aware of the problems actuality left the site when he heard that I was upset and wanted to talk to him.

The parking area and outside of the hotel were very dirty. It’s an old place so that could be a lot of the reason. Quite a few “questionable” people hanging around outside. Did make us feel a bit uncomfortable about leaving our car. This is our second stay this year. In January, we didn’t notice this as much. The inside hallways were dirty and in serious need of a paint touch up. The room was OK. Missing hair dryer on the bathroom wall needed to be repaired and repainted. The room was comfortable enough for a one night stay. The shuttle driver and front desk girl were both wonderful.

In the evening, the appearance of the hotel is that it is in a sleazy area.
"Breakfast" was very poor. There was no milk for cereal or coffee. In fact, coffee was not made at 09:30 AM. The juice machine had water in one selection and the wrong beverage in the other. There was cream cheese; however, no butter. I understand the responsible person had not been shopping, and it was very apparent. We were VERY disappointed with that.
I was also disappointed there were no travel agent rates offered.
