The hotel was what I expected. Leaving fro my flight went fine in a Motel six marked van, Coming back a disaster. We waited almost one hour. The van ultimately said Apex-which was not identified anywhere I could find. I think it passed us by once-considering we were the only people standing at the Terminal A Door 6. I think it passed us by once, I did not want to ask an unidentified van if he was going to Motel 6. It was up to the driver to ask. I would be very reluctant to use your service again. I lost over an hour and got home at 3:30 instead of the planned 2 am. I also asked what the van said on my second call, but did not get an answer.

Horrible hotel. Dirty and there was a mouse in the room when we checked in. Worse was the treatment by the desk clerk when we checked in. He took my phone to look at my reservation and my driver's license. He was taking a class on Zoom when I was checking in and was more interested in the class than answering my questions. When I asked about the shuttle and where to get it, he said, "You ask way too many questions." I had to ask other hotel guests to get an answer. When we got back from the trip, the new clerk was better and kinder, but hard to recover from such a bad experience with the first clerk.

The room was horrible. Holes in the ceiling and cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed. The transportation to the airport was late and we ended up taking our own car to the airport . We came close to missing our flight. The transportation office was very disorganized. It took quite a while for them to find our car keys. It was a terrible experience!

This place was a dumpster fire. I looked at it as we only had to sleep there for 5 hours and then get out since our flight was super early. They didn’t have my reservation, had to pull up the confirmation on my phone and even then they couldn’t figure it out. I asked for two full beds, the gave me a room with a king bed, so all 3 of us climbed into it like Charlie and the chocolate factory because I was not dealing with the front desk again. The room… well I got trapped in the bathroom at one point which we nearly had to break the door down to get me out. The sink was being held up by a 2x4. There was also a lady of the night walking around the complex checking cars to see if they were unlocked. Overall. I think I’ll update my tetanus and burn everything I wore while there.

We needed a room to sleep and a place to park our car while on our trip. Motel 6 did just that plus added a bar of soap.

It is nice that the motel is very close to the airport and offers long term parking (much better deal than paying for parking at airport). The shuttle service is fast and drivers friendly. The room size itself was incredibly small. Bathrooms barely allow you to move around. Definitely cannot have 3 in a room unless looking to sleep on floor.

Service here was absolutely horrible. The staff wouldn’t even look up from their phones to help you. Any little question you asked was a hassle. The room was clean at least but it was loud and uncomfortable.

Air-condition unit inside the room was not located properly (too close to beds) and was not working properly (air flow re-director was broken), - so air flow was preventing us from good sleep.

The place is a dump! Leaking ceilings, no heat, wind comes under the door (which does not meet the door jam). Booked on line and the office had no idea that I had paid a deposit. Wanted to charge me in full. Good thing I still had my email confirmation. Will never go back!!

If it were possible to give this thing negative stars I would. What an absolute hell hole. Thank GOD it was only for a night and that I was headed to paradise. The parking lot is a death trap, the rooms are gross, the "staff", if you can call them that, are just "there", but not in a helpful, courteous sort of way. It's like they know what you are getting yourself into and are just waiting to see your face when you get into your room. I knew going into this that it wasn't going to be the Ritz Carlton, but an overnight stay in prison would have been preferable.

Park and fly shuttle was perfect. The hotel was a dump! Room smelled like urine. Bed spread had multiple burns. lighting sconce hanging off wall, Broken tiles in shower, TV did not work, Towel rack in bathroom was off the wall and just sitting on the sink counter. Checked in around 9:30 pm then got a call around 11 pm asking us who we were. Because whomever checked us in didn't do it correctly I had to make a trip back to office and show ID. On way to office was propositioned by a prostitute. I declined!! Saving the best for last, we all had bites on our legs and ankles. Dr. said it looked like bed bug bites.
