This is a great way to travel

Great staff and great service!!! Staff did a wonderful job with checking in and arranging transport to and from the airport.

The staff were extremely accomodating and friendly.

We could tell it was an older hotel, but it was renovated nicely. The bathroom was a bit claustrophobic, but overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, helpful and reassuring. The shuttle driver opened the breakfast area so we could get coffee and food before an early flight, which was much appreciated. The shuttle driver who picked us up was also friendly and efficient.

Adequate at best

Excellent, room was great! And staff was very good.

We had only one probe. We thought our airport shuttle left at 4:35. It actually left at 4:25 and the desk person did not call us when we were late. As a result, we had an uncomfortable rush to not miss our flight. This was very difficult and painful for my husband who has a difficult time walking. The afternoon desk man led us to believe that the shuttle would meet our return flight as we gave him details. We actually had to call for pickup. Not areal big deal but a bit disappointing.

Great service, nice people

Unfortunately the last impression was lasting...waiting 55 minutes for the shuttle at 9:45 to 10:40 p.m. after which I had a 70 minute drive home. I called 4 times, each time being told ithe shuttle was on the way. I think the desk clerk was inexperienced or lacked training. I like the concept and will try it again, just not there.

Hotel was fine. The shuttle left without us and we had to wait over 1/2 for it to come back.

Everthing was excellent, for themost part.

Very clean and comfortable

Wow!!! We were so happy with our stay here. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my family after a red eye flight from Vegas. They picked us up at 5:00am and then allowed us a 2:00 pm checkout so we could get some sleep before traveling back to NY. Amazing service!!!!

Very nice place and location of hotel was great...all kinds of restaurants and stores if needed.

Reception was great. Jay was incredibly helpful and polite. The rooms were getting on the old side and the air conditioning unit was very noisy. But the rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine.
