Quality Inn Bangor Airport - Bangor International Airport

We used the park and fly, stayed first night and flew out the next day. Left the car there. When we returned we were told the shuttle would not come get us because of the virus. We had to take a taxi. We could not get a refund for taxi fee as he had already left. Its amazing to me that they wouldn't come get us but it would have been ok to still stay at the hotel. I could see if the whole hotel was shut down. Will not be choosing to stay here again.

The experience was fine at the hotel except our arrival. We waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in. A cleaning lady had to find the desk clerk. And our LYFT never showed up and we almost missed the plane. The desk clerk that morning found us a shuttle and was very apologetic.

The hotel is clean and affordable.

A great place to stay for travelling out of Bangor, shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. The breakfast had more choices than many places that I have stayed. The room was comfortable and I had a great sleep. I would book this place again if I am flying in or out of Bangor.

I asked for a "quiet" room and was placed next to a stairway from 2nd floor and the room that held the ice machine, games room, and snacks. Doesn't make sense to me. Other than that, everything was okay.

It was clean. Great location. We will definitely be staying there again.

The room was clean and the initial shuttle to the airport was prompt. Before leaving on the shuttle, I tried to ask the woman at the front desk if we needed to leave our car keys or if there was a number we should call upon return. She was on the phone and there was no one else to ask questions so we just left. Upon return, I had to find the phone number on my receipt to call and ask for the shuttle. The person who answered told us the shuttle was shared with Holiday Inn. That would have been good to know. I could have called them from a kiosk at the airport. We asked our shuttle driver if we had to report to the front desk to tell someone we were back and taking our car. He told us no, we could just get in our car and leave. Everything else was perfect for us, and now that we know the drill, we don't have to ask for information. We would use the Quality Inn again.

Hotel is older and could use some updates but was clean and comfortable. For our purposes of sleeping, leaving our vehicle and catching shuttle to airport and back we would stay again

Good location. Decent room.

The hotel was well located and easy to get to. The shuttle was on time and easy to arrange as well. Having a restaurant next door made it nice to be able to get something to eat when arriving later at night and checking in and the included breakfast was a definite plus.

Room was clean and bath was updated. Shuttle to airport was on schedule with no waiting. Long tern parking was fine. On my return, I called for stuttle and was told they would be right there,Called again 30min.After 45min I took a cab to me car. Called motel to cancel shuttle and the response was OK I did call the motel 2 days latter and spoke to the manager. She was very apologetic and stated she would credit my acct $20. Have not seen the credit yet.

People were very nice. Room was as described.
