Hotel appeared new. It was clean and all staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle was not used as friends had hired a Uber car for us.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and bed was comfortable, parking was gated and safe. Also loved that there were many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The only downside was that there was no free breakfast

The check in experience was very simple. The room I stayed in was very clean and well appointed. Some of the reviews worried me but I did not have any issues and I thought the hotel itself was very nice.

Hilton did not have our reservation and were fully booked. They were very helpful in locating a place for us to stay that night.

Ok so this is a a mixed bag. Hotel & ParkSleepFly were both fine. First, with the cruise lines requiring passengers to check-in at VERY specific times (ex. 12:30 - 1:00 pm) and to NOT miss whatever window they give you, the shuttles do NOT align to those times. As a result, the shuttle lines were LONG and clearly, weren't going to be able to accommodate everyone in the 3 set times that the shuttles were scheduled for. So... we took Lyft. Which meant it was an extra expense to us because we couldn't use the free shuttle that came with the package. Second, when I tried to call the hotel to confirm my reservation (we were getting in VERY late), they couldn't find my reservation which caused panic. WHY you can't just give us a normal reservation number to check is beyond me. Also, it didn't connect my account to my Hilton account which was annoying. Third, the parking lot was ok but every single parking space was striped for economy sized cars. It was nearly full when we got there so I had no choice but to park in a place I would normally NOT park with the front of my car sticking out because the spots were so small. That made me nervous and it made my car a target in a cramped lot. Luckily, nothing happened but it so easily could have. NOT a "great" experience but sadly, there are so few options in the area, this was better than others.

Hotel was wonderful. Very. Clean. Staff was knowledgeable about everything. Gave us a nice breakfast buffet.

Clean, fresh, quick walk to Marshalls etc., pleasant breakfast and lobby area. Shuttle services was excellent.

Enjoyed the hotel. Wish the beds would have been queen size instead of double.
