Quality Inn & Suites Near Fairgrounds Ybor City - Port Tampa Bay

The hotel was great, clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was great getting us to the cruise port but once we returned we waited 3.5 hours for the shuttle to pick us back up after calling the hotel 4 times. We had to hire a taxi to take us back because the shuttle never showed.

The hotel was nice as per the price they charged. The rooms were comfortable and the service was good. Great and safe parking arrangements.

For a little more than the cost of parking my car at the cruise terminal for the week, I got a nice room for the night, a ride to the terminal, secure storage of my car for a week, and pickup service when I returned. The Quality Inn receptionist, Janaki, was very helpful and the trip to the port was very quick. MY ONLY CONCERN upon arrival that evening was the condition of the neighborhood around the hotel. There were some vagrants on the streets and I had my apprehensions when I drove to the hotel, but the Quality Inn was secure, safe and I had no worries or concerns after arriving and seeing the facility. For the good night's sleep, nice breakfast, shuttle to and from the port and the secure parking, this is the ONLY way I'd ever do it again.

We booked this hotel pre-cruise specifically for the parking and shuttle service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and courteous. We appreciated having the 24 hour coffee and tea that was available, however the free breakfast was just meh. Pre-packaged, frozen breakfast burritos were not so great. We were very pleased with the shuttle service to and from the cruise port. We would definitely use ParkSleepFly.com again.

Convenient location near port, clean comfortable room, helpful staff. very busy! Used shuttle to port, left car at hotel and felt it would be safer there.. Everything fine upon return, timely pickup by shuttle. Appreciate the service.

Our stay was a pre-cruise embarkation one-nighter. We arrived late-afternoon on Saturday and were greeted with smiling staff that were most helpful. Early complimentary breakfast at the hotel was well-organized, clean and tasty. Then off on the provided shuttle straight to the cruise port. Our car was safely parked on-premise as part of our hotel package. Upon return 7 days later, we were welcomed at the port terminal, assisted with our luggage and off to the hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect by booking online with no knowledge of the Tampa area or the hotel. But we were very impressed with the whole experience. Great job all the way around!

Hotel is ok- scary neighborhood, no restaurants in area. We were on a cruise and returned At 7:30 AM no shuttle avail until 8:15- had to take $25 cab back to hotel or wait for tiny 12 person shuttle

We are so glad we booked here before embarking on our cruise! The ease of check-in, along with the outstanding staff, and especially the 2 ladies who assisted in the dining area, were super! We had a great night's sleep on the most comfortable bed and pillows! We will definitely book again, with a 5 star recommendation to all our friends!

Everything was great. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Only two minor issues: There was only one parking stall left in long term parking. The hotel should reserve that area for cruisers and fliers. The other issue was the person I spoke with after the cruise to get a shuttle back was confused. She thought I was making arrangements to go from hotel to port. I was requesting the other. She said she would call back but never did. But the van showed up with the hotels first guests shortly after 9 and we took that van back.

We were very pleased with our experience at Quality Inn. It made getting to and from our cruise quick and easy and we started our vacation well rested. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

The room was nice. The bathroom could use some work. The water pressure was minimal and the hand rail in the tub had some rust stains running down the wall.
