Country Inn & Suites Cedar Rapids Airport, IA - The Eastern Iowa Airport

Hotel is okay. Nothing fancy. Nothing scary, but could use a remodel

Called hotel for the shuttle to picked up 10PM was told that it was not available. Called hotel early morning and was told you would pick up.

Comfortable rooms, well lighted parking and great shuttle service near airport.

Excellent service. Our misconmunication caused longer wait on pickup

First, when arrived at the hotel, the clerk scared saying that we could only park our car for one week. She relented after protest. Then, when we returned they refused to send their shuttle and we had to take a taxi to retrieve our car. Menawhile several new dents were visible in the car body.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and cost effectiveness that the Country Inn had to offer. We greatly appreciated Colton's (shuttle driver) assistance in uncovering our car from recent snow storms upon our return. We will use the ParkSleepFly again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when flying from the Cedar Rapids airport. Unfortunately, the hotel was a disappointment on this trip. The facility overall is not being kept up. The lobby, hallways and our room were not clean. The living area in our suite had not been vacuumed for quite some time and there was a dust layer under the desk, debris on the floor and the sofa and chair had dried food and stains on the sofa on the chair. We spoke to the check-in woman when we were going across the street to pick up a pizza and we were told the cleaning staff had left for the night. The limited breakfast menu, in spite of covid, was perfect for what we needed before an early morning flight and the woman taking care of it was very helpful. The service to and from the airport was excellent and very prompt. We were disappointed with the condition of the room during this void period.

The Country Inn & Suites is a great option when flying out of Cedar Rapids airport. Shuttle service starts at 4am & goes until 11pm. If you need a later pick up, you call a taxi and they pick you up & Country Inn & Suites pays for it. NIce hotel with good parking facilities. Hotel staff is very friendly as well.

Very nice room and breakfast. Staff was really nice

Very poor. Place was filthy. Checked in late so no other rooms available. No tv control in room and they couldn't seem to find one anywhere. There was food all over the carpet as well as dirt. Carpet was so stained with huge black grease spots all over. Almost went out to the car to sleep! Bottom of tub/shower was all worn down. Had to kill a huge fly and a few gnats. Will never stay here again. They finally offered to come vaccum and they did but gal must have just come from a smoking break and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Also brought a rag and some cleaning spray but didn't use it and left it on the counter top in our room. Not a pleasant restful night.

This was our first staying here and first time flying out of Cedar Rapids. Very accommodating and will definitely stay there again.

Clean. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Close to airport. Everything we needed. We will stay here again.
