This hotel is very comfortable and has a generous breakfast buffet. The shuttle service is convenient and begins at 3:15 am for early fliers. Our car was secure. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not cool to come back to your truck having a drilled hole in the gas tank. If you’re going to have people pay to park in your lot, maybe you should watch the vehicles better

The room was clean, staff was very polite and pleasant. Shuttles to airport ran every 45 minutes which wasn’t as convenient as desired but we made it work. The return shuttle was pretty quick in picking me up

These Marriott hotels, which I have stayed inn at different locations and states , all are consist in excellent staff , cleanliness and value. This one in Sacramento met all the same standards.

Met or exceeded all expectations, as we found in the past. Since we live in Butte Co. and travel twice yearly to the east coast (meaning early flights out of Sacramento) we appreciate the Sleep/Park/Fly service and have found the accommodations wonderful. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Staff are professional and very helpful. Shuttle drivers are courteous and careful drivers. Keep everything as you're doing it!

There are two things that Fairfield Inn should change: 1) Call the owner of the parked vehicle if there is an obvious problem with their car (we had a totally flat tire when we returned); and 2) Let the person calling for the shuttle know who or what will arrive to get them.
The person answering the phone should also pay attention to the caller. I identified myself, told them why I was calling, told them the airline we were arriving on, told them we had our bags, told them we needed the shuttle to return us to our car that had been parked there for two weeks. They asked all of those questions once again before we were told it would be 20 minutes before the "shuttle" arrived. A taxi actually picked us up, but we were not watching for a taxi so he had to call me to tell me he was there.
