The experience went very smoothly. This was our first time with Park & Fly with this hotel, & it was fine. We had special issues with handicapped room & transport, & the hotel worked it all out very well.

Everything worked well except the shuttle pick up at the airport. They did not have our flight info recorded and the shuttle driver had left for the night. They did get us a uber, but it took almost an hour.

We enjoyed the room and breakfast provided. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We liked being able to park our car there while we were on vacation.

Seamless parking experience, especially considering the restrictive parking situation at SMF Airport due to ongoing construction projects. We would absolutely do it again. The hotel parking area was quite large with a good selection and well protected with shaded areas available (if you wished to use one). There was a Black Bear Diner right next door with good food selections.

The hotel is conviently located close to Sac International airport. The shuttle driver got us to the airport quickly and safely. Our car was safely parked at the hotel while wse were on our trip , however, it was recommended by hotel staff to not park where the vehicle would not be visible from the front entrance becuse of potential vandalism.

On arrival the room was clean and the area was quiet.
We found a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
We had a very early flight, and transportation to the airport was on time and it was a short drive to the airport.
Upon return, (16-day later) We called the provided number and our shuttle arrived within 20 minutes.
Driver didn't say two words the entire drive back to the hotel. We were unsure if he was having a bad day or if he just wasn't socially skilled.

My stay was really nice. I especially appreciated the shuttle service with driver Eric. Eric gave me perfect directions on where to pick up the shuttle, he was quick to pick me up and very helpful with bags and information about the area.

I've never used this service before. But staying close to the airport, having a shuttle take you there and pick you up was awesome. Both shuttle drivers loaded and unloaded for us. The returning driver even loaded our luggage into our car!
Living an hour from the airport, I definitely use this service for another trip.

Hotel accommodations and breakfast were good. Good long term parking close to room. Hotel staff not very welcoming and confusion at check in. Airport shuttle drivers were friendly and got us to airport and picked us up on time.
