I booked the room back in March and the front desk person was unable to find the booking. Manager person came and found it but then said I had to get back in line to actually check-in. The room was fine but on trying to check out, the front desk person was unable to print anything. Otherwise, the free coffee was good.

The hotel room was nice with a modern esthetic, though overall was maybe a bit “tired”. They have a small bar with light fair which was appreciated. Setting up departure shuttle was easy. Our problem was the return shuttle when our flight came in at midnight. We could not get ahold of anyone at the hotel number we had for the shuttle. The only reason we were picked up was because there was a customer of a neignboring hotel who had been successfully and the 2 hotels shared a service. There was definitely something wrong with their phone line! The driver was great though.

Very Warm greeting upon arrival. Staff very friendly & helpful. Beds very comfortable. Some issues with television reception but staff responded immediately. Would have like a makeup mirror but otherwise washroom well equipped. Shuttle driver courteous & professional.

Hotel was nice and clean, quiet despite being right across from the airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Shuttle service was great and I probably saved about $35 by parking at the hotel instead of the airport. Parking is close by the main entrance and it wouldn’t be as easy to for vehicles to be burglarized.

Room was clean and nice. A roller blind was broken with no other way to cover the window , but someone from maintenance came immediately to fix it. Shuttle service was great.
