Everything was great, I even got a call from the Hotel Manager explaining an overcharge that they had already rectified. The only issue was I was given a couple of cards for taxis due to our late return. When called they said they could only do drop off’s and no pick ups at the airport. Cost us 15 minutes in line for taxis which resulted in an extra 45 minutes waiting for a taxi.

Very good overall experience. Shuttle service was very prompt and met all all our expectations. Our flight was later in afternoon and hotel allowed us to extend our checkout time to accommodate…very much appreciated.

Very new, updated rooms, quite pretty. Very comfortable! Staff friendly and helpful. And hot coffee and halfnhalf were available when I left at 3:30 AM- yay! I didn’t pay enough attention when made reservation - thought hotel was in Portland near airport. It’s actually in Vancouver, WA, but only a 10 minute drive on shuttle. Just be careful with plane arrival as shuttle stops running around 10:30 pm.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel had everything you could possibly want including a small shop for frozen dinners, wine, beer, ice cream etc. Breakfast was great, so much food available. I will not only stay here again, I will recommend it to everyone.

We had a great night sleep before our early morning fly-out. We will always use this hotel from now on when we need to fly. We live 3 hours from the airport and this hotel stay, definitely made our trip.

The Hampton is our go-to place to stay near PDX. It's pleasant and quieter than places right at the airport. The employees are super friendly and efficient.

Everything about the hotel was good except that noise from hallway and room above ours was pretty noisy. Beds were good, shampoo and many other items were nice and abundant. Cooling system was not the best. We were either too hot or too cold. Staff was outstanding as was the service for airport drop off and pick up shuttle.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. My husband and I are newlyweds and had never been on a trip just the two of us and they made the whole process so seamless. We had so much peace of mind and genuinely enjoyed talking with the staff who were so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back here. Worth every penny.

This was our first ParkSleepFly experience and we will be back. Hampton Inn & Suites Vancouver was exceptional. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to the shuttle drivers provided a top-shelf customer experience. The facility was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We have traveled and know the challenges of finding staff to open to 100%. This hotel has the right recipe for finding great employees. Thank you for making our short stay wonderful.

The Hampton Inn by Hilton was conveniently located, prompt shuttle pickup, quiet and spacious rooms . Parking of vehicle very close to hotel for my 2 week trip.
