No frills, straight-up basic motel. Perfect for when you want to sleep and have a nice, reliable person take you to the airport at 4 am. And then pick you up at 11 pm a week later.

I came back from a cross country trip and called from the airport. For 30 minutes, no one answered and voicemail was full . Called the central number and all they could do was give me the same number. Had to take a taxi to my car. The room was dirty but the bed was clean. Towels were fantastically folded. Price was cheap; you get what you pay for.

I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I needed the shuttle. I had to take a taxi to the hotel. Their cell phone was on silent. Wouldn't give me my taxi amount back. No manager there

Zero. This place is a big fat zero. They advertise ac, refrigerators and microwaves. Not only did they not have the advertised amenities, they also don't have an elevator. I feel sorry for the employees being put on the spot with false advertisements.

Hotel stay was fine. Shuttle to the airport was good. Unhappy with the return shuttle. Called the hotel numerous times upon return with no answer. Phone rang 4 times and then went to voicemail which the box was full and call was terminated. Tried for 45 minutes, finally gave up and had to pay $20 for a taxi to take me to hotel to pick up vehicles and return to airport to pick up the remaining 6 passengers from my family and then pay for airport parking. (Also tried Choice Hotels main number to have them contact the hotel with terrible results). Will not use this hotel again.

Rooms smelled and the property needs refurbishing. Shuttle service is poor no one is assigned when you call from airport. Someone has to leave the desk.

The staff was amazingly friendly and personable. Very down to earth staff. I felt they knew not everyone travels all the time and that was a big help while explaining how things work/park/pick-up etc. The shuttle driver was super nice and thanked us for calling him.

The final cost was more than parksleepfly quoted. Motel said this was because of the safe charge. Otherwise the motel was what was expected.
