Super 8 by Wyndham Niagara Falls - Niagara Falls International Airport

Staff were very friendly and accomidating. Water was not a constant, from Luke warm to ice cold, so no shower.

Basic... ok for short term. Mattresses were not comfortable. No shuttle.

Great hotel. Clean n people that work there are very helpful We will stay there again

There was no shuttle service, we hired a taxi

Suited our purposes well and was perfectly situated for quick access to the Niagara Falls airport. Although there is no shuttle service to the airport, the fare for the taxi ride is very reasonable. Also, the hotel staff called for a taxi and it came quickly.

This is the second time we have used the Park & Fly at the Super 8. The price is right!! The accommodations and breakfast not fancy but clean and satisfying. The staff especially Robert, Trish and John are amazing to deal with and make you feel right at home. Although there is no actual shuttle the taxi service is great and the drivers we have had are helpful and happy. The taxi trip costs approximate $9.00 one way plus tip. You are close to restaurants and outlet shopping. Works as a perfect start or finish to our holiday. Thank you.

I have used park sleep fly in the past so I didn’t worry about anything, because I knew you had my back. Well that was not the case here. It was my understanding that I did not have to read the fine print and search for loop holes that I might miss, I kinda thought that is what your service does for me. NOPE! That is not true.why would any motel be available for park sleep fly if they don’t even provide a person with transportation to and from the airport is my question. I made my reservation thinking everything was all set, then I arrive at the motel only to find that there is no shuttle service. I have never taken a taxi or an Uber. I just don’t feel comfortable getting into a vehicle with a total stranger, I watch forensic files. So that was a huge frustration I did not need. Then i decided to not park there and pay the airport parking fees just to not have to deal with other transportation. I asked the attendant at the motel if I cld receive a refund on the parking s8nce it was billed separately from my room since I wasn’t using the parking due to their not providing the services I thought I epwas paying for. That to me is false advertising and underhanded practices. I’m still waiting for that refund. Let’s just say that was not a very good start to my vacation. I’m not sure if I will use this service again just because of this experience. I don’t want to repeat it ever again. I had to put more than 30 minute wait for a non existent shuttle because it wouldn’t submit it otherwise.

The location was perfect from IAG. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good. Thank you.

There was no shuttle provided which required a taxi both ways, added $30 to total bill plus the waiting.

Hotel was ok. Main reason for choosing this package was parking and shuttle to airport.\very disappointed that shuttle service was cancelled and had to take a cab to airport. I did obtain a$20 dollar discount for not having shuttle service but cab costs exceeded discount

Smelled a little like smoke, but was clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet and comfortable (the room had just been redone); very friendly and helpful staff; excellent morning breakfast. They no longer run a shuttle to the airport but I was reimbursed for the taxi ride to and from the airport, which I found to be a much better idea - then you aren't having to wait around for the shuttle when you arrive back at the airport, as taxis are always there ready and waiting (so my ratings for the shuttle service questions are for the taxi service) Info provided about hotel needs to be updated/revised regarding this issue, as well as the smoking policy - the hotel is now smoke-free so there are no smoking rooms available

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel did not have a shuttle. I was forced to get a cab on my own and they said the room was discounted $20 to offset the cost. Because of problems with the flight I had to move to Buffalo for another flight the next day. I never used the parking service but they could not refund the discount paid to ParkSleepFly.com.

Note...I rated the shuttle service as poor because of the taxi driver. He was NOT friendly and tried to scam that he didn't have any change for $20. he eventually found change and received no tip from me because of his actions. The cab also smelled of smoke and was dirty...glad it was only a short ride.
