Ok place. Phone system was down when we returned. $30 taxi ride from airport - no apology from hotel. Won’t be staying there again

Very clean and nice rooms. My vehicle was parked for 10 days and was perfectly safe. We will be back.

VERY disappointed. When we made out reservation we were assured they would provide a shuttle or other transportation to/from the airport even after we explained our return time was 9:15 pm. But we were required to pay $25 for a taxi instead. And would not honor our Best Western customer card which would have provided a meal voucher for breakfast. Will not stay here again.

Pretty good middle of the road hotel. Clean, well managed. Airport shuttle was trouble free and quick. Denny’s restaurant on site. No problem with leaving my car there for two months

Great location, especially for getting back onto I-90 upon our return; very comfortable beds; looked like a great breakfast buffet, though we had to scuttle to the airport at 3:30 a.m. so missed out on that. Great shuttle service with friendly, helpful drivers. Will definitely stay here again.

Ai I was fine with the exception of the shower. The shower fixture did not work. It had two heads one large stationery one which did not. Work at all and a smackers wand type barely worked. Room 209.

Staff was very friendly and made sure I had all that I need in order to feel comfortable while I was away. I called for
the shuttle when I got in and I only waited 5-10 minutes to be picked up.

TV was terrible. Room mediocre. Shuttle horrible. I was early for my shuttle but it left without me. I had to Uber. I also had to Uber back because when I called for pickup they told me shuttle would leave in thirty minutes. That’s jus too long! I won’t stay there again. I should get compensated!

The hotel is rather barracks like as you go in but comfortable enough inside. It was clean and tidy. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. I found all of the staff whom I had any contact with helpful and friendly.

I really liked the stay at this Best Western. It is superbly clean and the remodel done tastefully. I was able to park my car here for $5/ night and take the shuttle to the very nearby Airport only 20 minutes away. Upon my return, the shuttle picked me up within 10 minutes of calling.
