This Hampton Inn is nice enough and was clean and tidy. Quiet location and staff was efficient. Airport shuttle was sufficient and drivers were good.

Very nice hotel.

My only concern was that no one was wearing masks. I chose this hotel because the website indicated the shuttle driver and all of the staff would wear masks. I realize the pandemic infection rate is lower, but the variants are of concern to me. I wore a mask and felt safe at all times, but the site indicated something else. Everything else was wonderful and I would rebook at this hotel.

Very clean and nice

All was ok. The return was less than ideal. I called to get the shuttle and they said to get over to the shuttle area. I did so and the driver has no check in process. As a woman traveling with a teenage daughter alone it was actually unnerving to get on a shuttle where the driver says he doesn’t get our names, he doesn’t know if we are going the right direction, and there is no rhyme or reason to the pick up process of people at the Airport.

The reservation process was easy and accurate. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful when it came to making sure our shuttle experience was worry free. The departing shuttle was on time and the driver was professional. My complaint is that the shuttle to the airport was packed full. During a time when our country is under a medical emergency, I really thought there would be some consideration to honoring the CDC guidelines for distancing. The clients were packed in like sardines. The return shuttle was timely (waiting about 15 minutes) and there was plenty of room since it was not filled. The problem with this shuttle was that the vehicle smelled like cigarettes. The smell was strong and caused some irritation.

Hotel was clean and met my expectations. Unfortunately, the coronavirus limited the services available.
