Take I-275 and proceed over the Howard Franklin Bridge to Exit 31/Ulmerton Rd/SR 688/St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport. Friendly helpful staff. Walls were really thin and neighbors were loud but clean and safe. Will stay again. No shuttle as my flights were too early/late

The shuttle service is a joke! I've used this motel several times already and I've usually had to get a shuttle to the airport because, for some reason or another, their shuttle wasn't working. An additional expense of $10 each way. I did get reimbursed for my expense from the airport to the motel but not For the taxi fee to the airport. When I asked for a reimbursement this time the night clerk told me to take it up with the supervisor who wasn't there. In the future I will look either for another motel or use airport long term parking.

I've done parksleepfly several times and this hotel was by far the worst. The hotel was shabby, but the biggest complaint was upon return arrival, there was no shuttle available. I had to take a taxi.

Okay for what it was. Shuttle did not operate for our early flight so we had to take a taxi and received no information on shuttle contact upon return.
