Hotel was the only one with parking offerings through Park and Fly when using Niagara Falls N.Y. Airport. Definitely need more choices. Hotel somewhat out of the way with little around it, especially places to eat. No complaint re price. Breakfast offering somewhat skimpy.

Hotel was okay, there was one staff member on Jan. 18/16 that we found very rude...morning...
Also the milk tasted sour, and we felt it should be on ice, the girl just kept adding milk to the sour milk...gross...all the other girls were awesome and helpful...also it asked if I wanted smoking and I put yes...it said smoking on my paper work, only to find out there is no smoking in the rooms...I should have been made aware of that!!!

The front staff were very helpful and accomodating! Our room was upgraded upon arrival, he assisted us with downloading our boarding passes and made us feel comfortable & welcome at all times!

Great value, staff were awesome! Healthier options for breakfast would have been good i.e. yogourt, fruit, however the kids loved the waffle maker!

Very close to IAG airport. The shuttle was very good and on time - even fast actually.
The room itself was okay. Nothing special.
The bed was comfortable and the room was dated but for only one night, do-able.
Park and Fly was good, the car was parked around the back of the hotel and we had no problems.

This hotel served our needs. It was close to the airport, provided breakfast, a shuttle service, and extended parking for our vehicle.

Reception, the room and the breakfast were fine. The only issue was ice on the external stairs and throughout the parking lot that made walking and parking more difficult than it should have been.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shuttle was waiting for us to take us to the airport and was waiting for us on our return. As our car was buried in snow on our return, the shuttle driver took out his own snow brush and partially cleared it so I could get in my car to get my brush. Excellent service! I would suggest the hotel go a step further to go out and clear the snow off the car on the day of return. Due to the amount of snow, I had to dig out the front of my car with a snow brush.....(I have stayed at other hotels that clean your car off completely for your return)

ok hotel for 1 night , the only big issue was upon return they left us in the airport for over 50 min! when you are back from a vacation that is not what you are looking forward to.
