Courtyard Chicago O'Hare - O'Hare International Airport

My recent booking was for two rooms for one night and two cars (or so I thought) with 10 days of parking each. However, I was called to the front desk after I was settled into my room and asked to prove that I had indeed paid for two cars. The documentation from ParkSleepFly stated 2 Rooms, 2 Queen Beds, 6 Guests, 1 Hotel Night and 10 Days of Parking which was not clear so the hotel insisted that they run my card for 10 more days of parking. Fortunately a Guest Service Representative from the Courtyard spoke with someone at ParkSleepFly and was able to confirm that I had paid for two cars for 10 days (or decided not to charge me) and refunded my credit card. I realize that having to park two cars is probably not the norm but adding a quantity of vehicles similar to the quantity of rooms to the confirmation would be helpful to future customers.
