The hotel was clean, and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Only complaint was shower was not hot enough - 4th floor and only luke warm. Loved the convenience of sleep, park, fly!

Driving directions to the hotel from route 528 inadequate . Need specific street names and turning directions.
The handicap room was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service very good.
