check in was ok, when back home from trip to get car could not get shuttle, got taxi ride back and told front desk about problem, he really didn't care.

Parking at this hotel is a disaster. Shuttle service to airport is listed on my confirmation as 04:14 AM - 12:00 AM, i.e., all day except midnight - 4:14 AM., on the :20 and :50 of the hour. Arranged for shuttle service to airport on arrival. No mention of other limitations or change in hours of service. When we arrived at BWI on 7/18/2024 at 1:15 PM, after a flight delay of 1 hr, we waited until 2:15 PM, thinking we may have just missed the 1:20 shuttle. When we called at 2:15, we were told by the front desk that the shuttle doesn't run 12:00 PM (noon) - 3:00 PM! No suggestion on how to get back to our car from the front desk. We paid $20 and got a ride from another hotel shuttle! We will never stay at this hotel again.

I had a little trouble at check in because there weren't any rooms ready at 2:55 p.m. They told me to wait in the lobby, but no one ever called me to the desk. About 35 minutes later I checked, and there was a room ready.

The hotel lost my reservation that I made 4 months in advance. Fortunately I had my receipt and they had one room available. Unfortunately the room only had one bed so my daughter had to sleep on a rollaway that was not terribly comfortable. I never got an apology from the hotel. On the other hand, the shuttle service, both to the airport and from the airport was excellent! Both drivers were great!

This is my second review--I still have to say our trip was wonderful, start to finish! The Country Inn at BWI was great, and so were their employees. I was on crutches, and everyone was more than helpful, even switching our room to a ground floor level. We loved the ease of parking our car (without charge!) and forgetting about it until we came home. At the airport, a shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes to pick us up on our return, and getting TO the airport was really convenient and stress-free. The shuttle ran twice an hour at longer, more frequent times than we'd had before. All in all, we will definitely use ParkSleepFly again.

We waited for over an hour at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. One person in our party ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel ($20+) and picked up our car and came back to pick us up. Very disappointed!!

Our shuttle to the airport was fine. However, when we returned we called the hotel number provided and no one answered. We tried numerous times. We ended up getting an Uber back to the hotel. Our return was in the middle of the afternoon.

The hotel itself wasn't too bad. When we returned from our flight and called to have the shuttle pick us up, we were told that the shuttle was not available and that we would have to Uber or take a taxi back to the hotel. Needless to say, we were not happy about incurring an additional expense since the return was included in our Park-Sleep-Fly price. If we do Park-Sleep-Fly in the future, we will not use this hotel.

hotel was decent but aged. shuttle was unavailable at times we needed to get to airport. And I refuse shouldn't have to take a shuttle around 5am, arrive at 5:15, for a late morning flight. staff said it was "full." so i needed to drive to the airport to park.
