The staff was friendly and helpful and extremely patient and polite without being condescending even when I repeatedly called on the evening of July 11 around 7:30 pm. My return flight landed at DTW after an entire day of travel and I was tired and anxious and I was frustrated and short-tempered and the staff member who answered the phone had the patience of a saint. I wish to thank her 100 times over.

Clean and newish hotel. Pool was full of rowdy kids. Breakfast was good enough. Room nice and bed comfy. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

It was a nice hotel with a nice room. We were happy we made the decision to spend the night there and park our car there over our vacation. Everything about it made our travel plans more convenient. We definitely would consider using them again in the future.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed that. Departure to the Delta terminal was also handled very well and professionally. On return when I called for our pick up, the phone was directed to the Hampton next-door for the pick up and there was a lack of clarity about when the van would arrive. The description of the van talked about a red and a red and blue color. That was true in describing the sides of the van. However, sides are not visible when there are a line pick up shuttles. All you can see is the tops of the vans and most of them have signs on the top indicating the service. Your park stay van only has a white top making it hard to spot. This led to a delay in our pick up and return to the hotel.

This was one of the nicest park sleep fly hotels I have stayed at. The once an hour shuttle makes a little less convenient but we made it work. The on demand return shuttle was very prompt.

The hotel was great with its new remodeling. Everything was very clean, and the amenities, like the coffee maker, were nice. Unfortunately, the wait for the shuttle to be picked up after my flight was awful. I had to call four times. It was so cold—25 degrees and very windy. I had been traveling since 4 AM (10 PM the previous day, Detroit time). The shuttle finally arrived, and we had to pick someone up in another terminal. The hotel told me that's why he was delayed, so I thought he had already picked up that person! Anyway, my first call was at 9:26 PM, and we finally left the airport at 10:21. So, an hour waiting outside in the cold.
