Holiday Inn Express & Suites Syracuse North - Airport Area - Syracuse Hancock International Airport

We stayed at the beginning of our trip at the hotel. It was comfortable. We left early in the morning and the shuttle was ready even though 6 inches of snow fell overnight. The driver handled the snowy drive safely. On our return trip, we were held up on the runway after landing. Theresa and I communicated through text messages and she was patient with our delay. We will continue to use this hotel. Staff are always friendly and courteous.

Park sleep and fly with Holiday inn Express was amazing. It was my first time and definitely will not be my last! I was very pleased with the hotel & my room, the staff was excellent. The shuttle service was a perfect experience from beginning to end. My flight was an hour late, arriving, I received a text from my driver when I landed who was aware and waiting for me. I well definitely Park sleep and fly again with Holiday inn Express... It's the way to go.

Hotel staff were courteous and helpful! Our friendly shuttle driver John was extremely punctual and waiting for us at the airport. Would highly recommend this hotel location for park&fly experience.

This hotel is very clean just a bit dated or seemed older. The complimentary breakfast is on par with all Holiday Inn locations I've stayed with in the past. The long-term parking has worked twice for me without issue. The staff is extremely courteous and professional just ensure you fill out return flight information accurately (my one gripe with them not being at the airport very well could of been my fault with the paperwork).

Excellent customer service, shuttle service was the best I have seen in park and ride situations.

Great hotel...stupendous breakfast!

Wonderful experience! Hotel staff were amazing. Shuttle worked out perfectly. Room was clean. Perfect and would definitely use again!

A little disappointed in this stay. Everything was fine until it came time to get picked up at airport on our return. We informed front desk that our return will be around midnight and gave the flight number.They told us no problem, just contact front desk for pick up. On the day of our flight it was changed to a later time(arrival at 2am). We were able to get another flight that day that would still put us at airport around midnight. During our layover (9pm) the first call to the front desk we were informed that because of the original flight being delayed the shuttle would not be available(the driver was sent home). I called back a little later complaining that we're still coming in by midnight and need a shuttle and gave the new flight information. The front desk took this information and told me she would call back because she needs to contact the driver. She NEVER called back! We landed at 11:30 pm, no shuttle and had to pay $50 for a Uber. When we got to hotel, I went to complain to front desk and was told the other person shift ended at 11 pm and she knew nothing about our situation.

The staff were all amazing. Eleanor was very helpful! Drivers were great.

Employees were great

Park and fly went smoothly. Shuttle service was on time and great. The hotel room was ok. Shower in room wasn’t forceful as the pull up handle in tub allowed water to go in the tub instead of all coming out of the shower. The snack vending machine was outrageously priced. $2.50 for a small bag of potato chips and other snacks was not appreciated. The bedding comforter was very hot…and if you removed it….the sheet was not enough. The front desk staff was very friendly.
