The hotel was fine, though no food service nearby. The staff was amazingly patient, though overworked. Any problems with the shuttle were a result of the craziness of the Charlotte Airport, under renovation, many cancelled flights for other folks, and not easy under the best of circumstances. All in all, I would use and recommend your service to others.

Hotel staff was friendly. Parking area was full of homeless walking through. Hotel room smelled extremely bad and had wet carpet at one end end of the room. We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to the airport and over 30 minutes for the pickup from the airport. Our hotel stay was at the end of trip. Room was so bad we left without staying and drove home. Very disappointing. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Check out was slow. Sketchy neighborhood. On the way home we called for shuttle. Said it is on its way. Wired 40 minutes. Called again. They said it was there and we missed it. Definitely wasn’t there. Very hard to missed because it is all dented. Called again after 90 minutes. Sid it was on the way. Waited more. Finally showed up. Driver said the he had been sent downtown. So we were LIED TO by the manager of the hotel about the shuttle having been there. Weird over an hour and a half and was lied to! Others have also complained about excessive waiting. This hotel should be taken off the website for horrible service! Do not book!

Of all the hotels I have ever stayed in this hotel was dirty, in needs of repairs, hot in common areas, and I would never stay there again. You should remove it from your program or go look at it.

The hotel is not located in a very good location. The shuttle van that transported us to the airport was in very poor condition. The shuttle van that picked us up from the airport did not have any air conditioning in 100 degree weather. Very disappointed!!!!!

Wow. Not at all what we expected based on photos. The two stars I am giving was because the room was passable. The signage on the hotel was missing/falling down, the lobby reeked of smoke, it was located in a poor neighborhood with a “gentleman’s club” next door, and the one person working the front desk was as sad to be there as we were. My son begged me not to stay.

Location was okay….plenty of parking in well lighted area…price was fantastic and both shuttle drivers were very professional and helpful…both loading and unloading luggage. The hotel itself has seen far better days and while clean, exterminators were needed as we saw several crawling insects in the bathroom.

Because of the price you can tell that this is not a five star hotel. The carpeting in the hallways are quite dated and dirty. For purposes of staying one night and flying out the next day the room was quite adequate. The electrical outlets by the bed were not working, other hotels include soap and shampoo for the shower, and at least a continental breakfast. This one did not.

We have stayed at this hotel at least a half a dozen times for park, sleep and fly. The hotel is fine, nothing fancy. We had an unpleasant experience with the shuttle this trip. We called at 11 am and asked for pickup and were told the driver was already in route and it would be 10 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and called back and was told we had not called the initial time!! We then asked for pickup again and were told it would be about 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called yet again and was told the driver had been to the pickup location twice, which was not true. One more call call and we finally got picked up an hour and 20 minutes after calling.
