La Quinta Inn & Suites Warwick - T. F. Green Airport

Hotel was fine. Not updated but clean. Staff not so much. Not very helpful on how the process works as it was my first time using it. Waited much to long to be picked up on my return and it was very hard to get into contact with the hotel. I would try this program again but not at this hotel.

Our hotel room was great. Very clean facility. We had to leave at 4 AM and Phill got us to the airport. with no problem. Phil isthe greatest. Our plane arrived at the airport late and Phil had gone home. The hotel sent us a lift driver to get back to get our car. Very happy with their service.

Everything went smoothly

It is understandable that when a building is undergoing renovations or construction, there will be instances of mess due to changes. However, this was unacceptable. Rooms were blocked off with plastic; the entire floor in the lobby was untiled and leaving no way to approach the front desk without stepping on a precarious piece of plywood held up by two wood blocks; the carpets were filthy with paint chips and dust; a couch was blocking a hallway; and the back door which can be entered with a room key would not work. In addition to the instances associated with the construction, the room was awful. The carpet was not vacuumed; the bathtub was dirty; it smelled of weed; the heat and AC did not work; and the window leaked and created a large puddle of water on the floor. The front desk staff upon check-in was pleasant; however, when we called for the shuttle from the airport, we were told that we were to wait outside even though it was 30 degrees. We asked if we could wait inside the airport since it was so cold, but the desk staff said no and that we had to wait outside. When the shuttle finally arrived, there were no apologies. There were still beverage cups and bottles that were in the shuttle from when we had taken the ride to the airport 5 days prior. If we had not had an early flight the next morning, we would have cancelled our reservation upon setting foot in the hotel and booked somewhere else.

Terrible period

the hotel was ok...navagated thru the construction...shuttle brought me to the airport but was not able to pick me up?? The front desk said they sent me a uber ,however i waited 30 minutes they never showed.I called back to front desk and was told i have to arrange for the uber and would be re-imbursed for the ride. Needless to say i wasted over an hour at 11 o clock at night for a service that was supposed to be provided to me!

We’re only there to sleep For 3-4 hours but all was good.

It was great! Clean room, decent bed. We were just looking to get somewhere to stay near the airport with parking while on vacation . Very friendly staff! Great value- room and parking less expensive than just parking at the airport.

Noisy people in the hallway late at night. Bathroom was not cleaned to the standard of a Marriott. Enough towels for one person not two. Shuttle never picked us up from the airport.

No interest in pleasing guests, Airport puckyo not available after 11 pm, taxi cistes me $30 more.

Staff was very nice- room was fine- but nothing fancy.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the highway making it easy when arriving and departing. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful as well as your shuttle drivers. The room was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel was great - exceptionally accommodating.

Our stay was just what we expected. The room was quite comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. We had no complaints at all and would use this hotel in the future.

Nice clean room. Good amenities. Shuttle service was excellent.

Nice big room, comfy bed!

The hotel and staff were friendly. The elevator broke down but was fixed promptly. Parking was easy.
