Clean rooms but the morning desk person was rude and wouldn't help me get transportation to the airport

The room was nice as it was previous stay.
There is no longer a shuttle available to airport. The staff said it had been discontinued 2 days prior.
The web site advertises there is a shuttle.
I needed to order a Lyft for departing and arriving from airport. Which was an extra $30 combined.

The hotel's best feature is its location. There are no vending machines or soft drinks available in the hotel. They were almost out of food Sunday morning an hour and half before the breakfast ended. Few amenities. The bed was comfortable. There was no shuttle for us since we didn't arrive before 11 a.m. to go to the airport, and our return flight came in after midnight. They told us they had told you they didn't provide transportation for all customers.
