The hotel is clean and quiet which is what we want when we stay there to fly out from the airport. Our car is always in great condition when we come back. We use the service every time we travel.

We picked this one for its cost and location to the airport. The only problem we had with it was the availability of snacks, which was very limited (e.i. The only soda offered was one Diet Coke and two Sprite). There was also no shuttle service

First of all, the hotel DO NOT PROVIDED SHUTTLE SERVICES, we had to call for taxi services ($25.00). Also the hotel charge me twice for parking, I talked to the receptionist about the parking charge and she told me that I'll have to wail until Monday to talk to the manager, she didn't have any idea how to reimbursement the second charge on the parking fee. Next time I'll call the hotel first about shuttle services before I do make a reservation. I'll still use Park-Sleep-Fly for other hotels, but not for Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando Intenational Airport. Their rooms are clean, but very old setting.

I was able to leave my car, but there was NO shuttle service. I had to use UBER. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the parking and shuttle service.

I was surprised to find out the hotel didn't offer an airport shuttle service. The hotel was fine, but I ended up paying more for an Uber to and from the airport than I would have to just park at the airport. This kidda misses the point of ParkSleepFly.

The hotel is clean and convenient to the Orlando airport. We will be happy when the shuttle service returns, although Uber was a good option this trip. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. We were happy to be able to park in the hotel lot as opposed to "out under the trees" which in the past has left our car a mess. All in all a good experience. We will use this hotel and these services again.

The hotel was old and the room they originally tried to put us in a Smelled very heavily of mold. Down the hall was a room being gutted and there was a giant fan in the hallway trying to dry it out. The room they moved us to was better, but still reeked of mold As far as the shuttle, we were told it was discontinued due to Covid

The shuttle was not operating, so had to take an Uber.

There were no shuttles running due to Covid. Used Mears Yellow Cab which was prompt but driver was not very helpful because I don’t think he spoke English.

Hotel and parking were convenient to Orlando International Airport. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. If we need to stay overnight and park for an extended period again we'll PARKSTAYFLY here. Shuttle rating is 1 star because there is no shuttle at this time due to virus and survey designer isn't smart enough to have an N/A box on a required field.

Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Missed the shuttle service and hope it is up and running before my stay next month.

Clean, comfortable room

There is no longer airport transportation, but used Uber without problem. The room was spacious but cold and damp. The front desk staff are nice.
