Bathroom floor in Room 1083 was quite dirty…really bad, both in the shower and by the toilet. Otherwise, it was okay. They really need some USB ports instead of the old outlets. Not bad for one night but not good for more than that.

Hotel did not have my reservation date correct, thank god I had those dates, hotel stay and parking, on phone email confirmation. They may not given me a room!!!

The hotel was nice. The shuttle runs every 20 min, we left early, it was so easy and stress free. Landing back in STL taking the shuttle back to our car was the perfect ending to our vacation knowing parking was already paid for!!

The hotel is great for its intended purpose. We had a great meal the night before our trip. We got some sleep and avoided a 2 hour drive in the morning. The AC outlets were unusable.

Location: great. Room cleanliness: overall pretty good. Cleaning staff: very polite and cordial. We did not have enough bath towels in the room but they got us some very quick. The room was outdated. The down cover on the bed was old and all the down was bunched up. It should be embarrassing for the company to have this on a bed, particularly at the price charged for the room. The lobby was real nice and if you would put that attention in your rooms it would be a top notch place to stay. We used long term parking which was great

We like staying at the Marriott St Louis Airport. The staff are super friendly and always very helpful. The hotel is very nice. We really like the restaurant and bar. The food is always excellent!
