The hotel is older and a bit run down. Staff were helpful and polite. Shuttle was quick and easy. I would stay here again.

This was our first time at the Oakland Airport Executive Hotel after staying many times at other Park and Fly locations. We will now always return to the Executive Hotel because the experience was great from a clean room to service to location to people to everything. The shuttle service was the best we have ever had and we loved it all....

When we arrived the gentleman at the desk was most accommodating and helpful. He directed me where to leave the car and it was in a close, well lit secure spot by the back door. I really appreciated this as it gave me piece of mind for the safety of my car. Also, the van drivers were very helpful both to and from the airport. When we returned from our trip, I called the hotel and the van arrived within 10 minutes. After our long trip it was nice to get such speedy service. Also, both rooms we stayed in were clean and well kept.

The service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the fact that they'll come pick you up at the rental car hub and then shuttle you to the airport the next day is amazing. I will stay here again. That being said, the rooms are very dated. The whole Hotel could really use a makeover. It was clean and neat I'm perfectly happy with it. The proximity to the airport is the only reason they get the money they do for the rooms.

The convenience of being able to stay at the hotel, for an early flight the next morning was great. Also, being able to leave our car for the time we were away was great too. It was a little pricier than we were hoping to spend, but it seems everything is pricier these days.

The hotel was fine. The service checking in was ok. No mask worn, but there was a shield up, so I didn't ask her to put it on. Where to park info was ok, but it took us a bit to figure out where we could park. A map would have been nice.

Comfortable room, parking, conveniently located to OAK airport. The only complaint I have is that I came home one day early and the manager would not refund me the one night parking fee. It was 24 hours earlier than I was booked. He gave me a voucher for the restaurant which I likely will not use, as I do not travel that often. So for that reason I deducted one star.

We would like to give a shout out to our shuttle driver. First of all we didn't even have to call, shuttle was waiting on our return. Then when he brought us to our car, battery was dead, he helped to give us a jump. We observed him when we overnighted before our trip. I made mention to him that we observed how always busy he was.

good clean, only problem is when you return and pick up vehicle, you need to go out and drive around to get back in. That needs to be corrected. Should not have to go out in traffic and make u-turn to return.

Terrible hotel. Did not have my reservation when I arrived to check in. Did not keep a record of it when I returned. Were going to charge me more than my original reservation. Would never stay there again.
