the staff was very friendly and helpful, shuttle was on time, room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was tasty, check in and check out was simple to do, I ended up booking a room after the return flight also as it was late and the weather bad, overall experience was good

The hotel is close to the airport, and the shuttle runs hourly on the half hour. Good breakfast, comfortable room. There was some confusion at the front desk regarding the deposit I had paid via ParkSleepFly when I made the reservation. Even though I had tried to make sure that everything was clear the night before, I still had to spend too much time prior to heading to the airport to get it all accurate. Apparently the hotel includes seven days of parking and you have to pay extra for any additional days. Since I gave the correct dates to PSF, I expected for there too be no confusion.

The hotel was awesome! The design of the newly renovated La Quinta is best I’ve seen of any hotel. Service was amazing. It was a great place to leave our car while we were gone. Shuttle was nice and timely.

We have used this La Quinta many times for a park n Fly . They have remodeled the rooms and the grounds and there are lovely sitting areas inside the courtyard. This area is quiet and protected with some sun and some shade. The pool and spa is very nice and they provide towels.
The rooms have small fridge and microwave which we have found useful. The shuttle is prompt for taking you to the airport, and the pickup was also great

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel prior to our flight to Puerta Vallarta and both times have been great especially the staff. The breakfast is very good too.
