I really appreciate the ease with which I was able to get to the airport. The shuttle was there exactly when I needed it. I had a good night’s sleep and easily made my flight. My car was waiting for me when I returned. The location of the hotel is perfect - right off the interstate and very near the airport.

Staff friendly, like that you can order food, etc. reasonable price. The room needed better lighting, maybe a little more detail with cleaning, mold noted in the shower grout, nor did I have a tub? just a shower, The did not work probably, not noticeable til I went to bed when I turned heat up to 75-76... it had been on for 3 hours already,, only cold air blowing out,, did not want to stay up waiting for maintenance, as I had to get up at 3 am to catch a flight. The hallway was also cold outside room didn't help, Front desk told me a/c was probably on due to a wedding function on site.. I should have gotten a discount or some type of credit ... when I went down at 10-10:30 pm... but overall, great price for the parking and shuttle... for a night...

Lavern the Shuttle driver was extremely prompt, polite, and professional with both trips to the airport. He is an asset to your organization. I did ask the front desk staff for a 2:00 am wake-up call, which did not happen. Disappointing. Fortunately, we happened to wake up a bit thereafter.

The hotel is ok. We didn’t get breakfast because we had to take the 6:00 shuttle. When we came back and picked up our bags, we called for the shuttle. We waited over 20 minutes, but when it came, it was full. The driver told me he’d be back in 3 minutes. There is no way he could drive to the hotel, unload and be back in 3 minutes. We took Uber’s instead. We won’t stay there again.

We really love staying at the Cambria - friendly people, hot tub, well-appointed and comfy rooms ... the outbound shuttle’s very prompt... the ONE PROBLEM is that the shuttle’s not 24 hours. We were stuck waiting almost 30 minutes for an Uber in the middle of the night.

This hotel was perfect for our trip. We were able to park for a week, sleep and fly for a reasonable rate at Cambria. The hotel was clean and close to the airport. Staff was pleasant as well. Would do it again!
