It's one thing to use PARK, SLEEP, FLY as a way to START your trip, as we did. We used it on the WAY BACK also when we picked up our car. Exhausted from a long flight from Maui, the last thing we needed was trouble. When we arrived, we called for the shuttle, it came and picked us up, the driver was very polite and helpful. My vehicle was safe and sound, and we were on our way home. This is the second time we have used the PARK, SLEEP, FLY method and it will not be the last. You have a wonderful and smart system going!!!!!!

Hotel is old and showing it, parking lot needs replaced. Staff didn't know the layout of the hotel and sent me to the wrong door to enter the hotel near my room. It took many rings for someone to answer if they did. The shuttle guys were the best.

The accommodations at our hotel met our needs as far is a clean comfortable room. We were disturbed by some noise and felt that the check in staff did not know about how all the shuttle to the airport program worked but they were fine as far as check in goes. I have successfully used the park sleeve why program in the past, and even at this hotel. The issue that I had for this hotel was the check-in staff tried to not honor the 24 hour shuttle service for us because our flight was so early in the morning and returning so late at night. I had to call in a manager who assured me that we would have no issue getting to the airport on time and that they would be there for us when we called them upon our return. they convinced us that we were fine to take a shuttle 30 minutes later in the morning than I wanted to. Then, their shuttle driver was 15 minutes late so, even though we had no trouble at the airport, it was very stressful because we had an international flight and arrived one hour before the flight. I am very familiar with the Dayton airport and how small it is so we did not have a problem, but I was very upset that they would not provide A shuttle when we wanted it and then the driver was late. The staff at the hotel when the driver was late was not helpful and reassuring to us. I spoke to a manager about our return flight and show them the email from your program that stated that they needed to provide us return transportation to the hotel because the check in person said that I would have to take an Uber or taxi because they would not be running a shuttle for us. Clod, read the email from your company and said that he would make sure that someone was available to pick us up when we returned. Upon our return I called the hotel from baggage claim and they said that someone else had taken our shadow and that we would need to wait 30 to 40 minutes for the driver to accommodate them. I went outside to talk to the driver because the person at the hotel was not helpful and I talked the driver into taking me with these other people so that I could at least get my car and then come back to the airport to get my friends. What I found out was that the Delta flight crew was given priority over our group who had scheduled the shuttle. The main thing is that I felt that we were not treated with respect and Communication was poor and I feel that something could have been done to accommodate us rather than to just brush us off. No one apologized and no one offered to reimburse us if we did have to take an Uber or taxi so it was just a bad experience at the beginning and end of our wonderful vacation. We have stayed at this cleared before and we have used your program in Miami and other cities but the friends that I traveled with said that they will not stay at this hotel again. I’m not sure what I will do because it is convenient. There was an issue at the hotel as well because there is a bar attached to the hotelAnd on this particular night there were several people on motorcycles at the hotel bar. The group was polite and I do not have an issue with them other than the fact that they all left at 2 AM right outside of our window so if this is the clientele that this bar has, they need to put guests like us who have an early flight on the other side of the building instead of near the traffic outside. The driver that I did ride with from the airport to get my car with the Delta crew, was very kind and very apologetic and I felt like he was in a bad situation because these other people took our shuttle. Overall, lack of communication was my biggest issue. On our trip to the airport before our flight, we were all very stressed and trying to decide if we could get a taxi or Uber because it appeared that the driver was not showing up. The check in person just kept shrugging her shoulders and saying that he would be there soon. Again, no apologies just lack of customer service. The driver I knew that we were upset because he was late but we try to hold it in because now he had to drive us and speed his way to the airport. We felt safe.

The room was dirty, the heated pool was cold and filthy. The restaurant food was totally un edible. Staff was pleasant enough, but do nothing to rectify the situation. I will never use this site again, or a best western or clarion hotel again.

The Clarion advertises 24/7 shuttle service to the airport which is why we picked the Clarion. Our plane was schedules to leave at 5:15 so we requested a 3:30 shuttle and they informed us that the shuttle didnt start running until 4:30am. I showed the manager my confirmation which showed 24/7 service and the manager gave me a phone number to a local taxi whcih ended costing us $20. I suggested Clarion pay for our shuttle but the manager wasnt interested. We wont be staying at the Clarion again. The young lady that checked us in was very sweet and tried to be helpful. The manager could take some lessons from her.

Was disappointed that no shuttle was available. They were going to send cabs but were not specific on which cab company they were using. We used the first cabs we saw. I do appreciate that they covered the cost but a little better understandin gon the cab servicw sould have been helpful. Also were not informed ahead of time that shuttle would not be running and to look for a cab service

I know they are in the middle of renovations but whoever is doing the work is doing a poor job. Many things is room were not completed correctly. Would not recommend to others or stay at Clarion again.

very convenient location for a dayton hotel. arrived there early but they let me check in anyways. the shuttle was there by the time i had to leave so i got to the airport before my flight!
