Great staff in every area of the hotel. Helpful, and kind with a pleasant facial expression. Hotel is clean with plenty of toiletries as well as coffee, cream and sugar. Consistently offering generous hospitality.

We arrived at the Hotel and were greeted and instructed by Liz at the front desk on the ParkSleepFly process. All went well and our 2 AM shuttle went well. Upon return we contacted the Hotel, and a Lyft driver was dispatched immediately. Picking up our vehicle went off without a hitch.

Hotel was a madhouse with dozens of teenagers loitering in the lobby when we arrived but the staff got us assigned our room and on our way in record time. Room was fine for one night but we skipped dinner rather than return through the lobby.

Not elegant, but clean. Bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was a bit disappointing. The only hot item offered was a self cooked waffle.
