It served it's purpose. The facility was a bit rundown, but clean. Nothing fancy. Shuttles both to and from were prompt. My car was safe while I was gone.

Hotel was older but very clean and well maintained. Room was better than expected and breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking and shuttle was well organized and worked very well. Overall a very good experience and would use again.

The hotel room was somewhat updated but still old. The floors were uneven, bathroom had no counter space, and it was extremely noisy from road traffic. The staff was friendly and our shuttle to the airport was on time for our early departure.

Staff really need to have additional training. We were told that our reservation was in order, not once but twice. We arrived for our stay only to learn that the motel was fully booked and our reservation had been cancelled. We were given a partial refund, but only for the room which we never slept in.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was fine for the price, loved having fridge, microwave n separate sink. The in room service did not offer tea. Staff was very friendly.

Served our needs to a T. Prompt, courteous service to the airport before our stay. Prompt service at the airport after our trip and back to the hotel.
Easy check in. Had an elevator to second floor for handicap person and baggage. Room was clean and neat. Our room (204) could use an extra window curtain to block out the morning light or someone looking in at night while the lights are on.
Breakfast had a very good variety of food. If you want meat a restaurant would be your choice.

Hotel is nice, breakfast is not good. Rooms are nice, there has been some updating, hopefully they will continue the updating, the bathroom could use some updating.
When we returned from our trip it did take 5 phone calls to the number we were given for the ride back to the hotel - it was midnight and I had been told that it would be no problem getting our ride at that time of night.

Although a midrange hotel, I loved that the room was divided into two sections so each queen bed had a TV and privacy! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient and the transportation to and from the Grand Rapids airport was excellent. This was a great choice!
