Super 8 Spokane/West - Spokane International Airport

I have stayed there 3 times in the past year and everything has been good.

It worked out fine for me, the refrigerator was loud, but not a deal breaker.

For the price a person can't expect much so I was satisfied. I loved the shuttle use, they were prompt in picking us up and dropping us off, we were treated nicely and they were accommodating to of our needs. You absolutely can't park and stay in a hotel for that price anywhere else. Pros: Shuttle Service, parking, friendly staff, quiet, air conditioned rooms. Cons: Hotel is a little run down, not much of a breakfast.

This is not the fanciest place, but we stay here whenever we have an early flight out of the Spokane Airport. It is old, but clean and the staff have always been great to deal with. They have a decent continental breakfast. The shuttle service to and from the airport is what we value the most. We have never had an issue with leaving our car at the Motel and taking the shuttle. We will definitely stay here again.

I was not able to get the shuttle as it did not leave early enough for my flight. I needed to leave at 330am. The whole reason I booked the hotel was for the parking. I ended up having to drive myself to the airport and pay for parking there. A detailed shuttle schedule upon booki g would have been useful. Also the abilty to book it beforehand would be benificial as the first shuttle at 4am was already full.

Friendly staff. Tidy rooms. I was hesitant about trying this service but it was the most practical thing to do with my flight times. Quite surprised at how easy it all was and I will use this service again and recommend it.

The bed was sooooo comfy and the room was exceptionally clean! Your front desk person and the shuttle drivers were equally as amazing! I hope they all get raises as they truly ran the place like they owned it and seemed to genuinely care about their responsibilities and about their guests! Thank you so much! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Hotel was very outdated, and loud. Shuttle never picked me up which was the reason I stayed there.

Not the best but clean enough for a night stay before an early flight

Room Excellent, Clean, Beautiful, Staff very helpful, drop off at the airport & pick up at the airport perfect. Got a better price by booking online through another provider, than through the hotel.

When the shuttle came to pick us up they parked at the very end of airport in a parking lot out of sight. We were told he would pick us up outside of baggage claim so we waited 20 minutes and he was sitting out of sight the whole time🤦‍♀️ The shuttle to take us to the airport was A+

I left my car for 2 weeks while I flew to Chicago. I thought it was a great service and very good value for money. The hotel staff was very friendly. The shuttle from/to the airport was efficient. I would definitely use this service again

This is an older motel. Rooms are clean but looking tired. Needs minor repairs and updating. Still a good value for a one night stay.

The hotel itself was ok, you get what you pay for... the room was clean. The man at the front desk, I assume was the owner, was very rude, was over an hour late picking us up from the airport and did not even apologize! Furthermore he didn't even help load or unload our luggage and was very dismissive and cold.

The day shift people were exceptional. The night desk clerk was a complete jerk. I am 73 yrs. old and I waited for the shuttle for 2 hours after I landed. It was very hard to understand him first of all. Then when I tried and tried to call him back he wouldn't answer the phone. It was the driver of the shuttle that persevered in finding me as I told the desk clerk I would be in front of Delta drop-off. I can't walk very far and he told me to go to the shuttle pick-up which was a long way from the terminal and not very well lighted. I would stay there again if I didn't have to deal with that desk clerk.

My car was invested with field mice as the parking areas are against a field. Very unhappy to return to this .

The room was what you would exepect from a Super *. Clean, comfortable. A little dated. The first woman I talked to when I checked in for my stay before I left was great. The gentleman who picked me up from the airport was friendly but it took him 30 minutes to come get me. The rest of them were pretty unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful.

Very rundown, not clean, did not feel safe. I was worried to leave my car there.
