Room could have been cleaner, but they are in middle of renovation so there's that. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our flight was delayed returning home so technically we arrived after the shuttle was running. However, the motel sent the shuttle to pick us up no questions asked. We really appreciated that and in the end, that kind of service is what it's all about.

This hotel appears to be getting remodeled, and the room was in the older part. The room seemed clean, however with the usual amenities. The curtains wouldn't close completely, and had small holes in them, and the window looked out at 2 big rusty metal shipping containers and a flat trailer with trash bags on it. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired, I would have driven the 2 1/2 hours home. The bed happily may have been the newest element in the room, and was clean & comfortable. Also the staff were pleasant.

The whole experience was awful. We had an employee screaming and swearing at the manager. We were being charged for a little that was free. We waited over an hour for a shuttle to come back. I would rather pay more for a different hotel and park at the airport than stay here again.

The hotel is being updated but very clean and safe.Staff went out of their way to make our stay on both nights. there was a major snowstorm while we were gone and one of the staff shoveled out the snow behind our vehicles so we could get out.Everyone we dealt with was helpful and courteous. I would certainly stay here again

A bit worn but clean and neat. Friendly staff and prompt service. Breakfast in the morning was a good start to an extremely early flight. Shuttle service was excellent both ways.

We signed up for the shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30am, we got down to the lobby at 415am as I was checking out of the room I asked where we wait for the shuttle. I was then told that we would actually be taking an Uber. Okay fine whatever. The Uber showed up around 5am and was a Chevy cruise. We barely fit our luggage in the car, but made it work. Then the Uber driver said the ride was canceled when we were only halfway to the airport. We ended up paying the Uber driver for the rest of the ride. It worked, but was a very stressful morning.

The hotel overall was good. It's an old hotel and the carpet could definitely use replacing in the rooms. we picked this hotel because of the Park and Fly option. we were very happy with this service.

Our room was somewhat out dated but it was clean. The bedding was comfortable. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was standard fare but appreciated.

Everything was GREAT! Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good! Shuttle was on time snd very helpful and in-spite of a terrible snowstorm, the shuttle was waiting for us on out return flight! staff was very good! Oh! Fresh warm cookies waiting for us when we got back!! THANK YOU!!

We were their only three hours when we received a call that our dog of 15 years wasn’t doing well and was taken to pet hospital, we told them at the reception desk we had to leave , didn’t seem to care offered us nothing, np helper a thing, airlines didn’t.

The only issue was the 2nd night. Traveling companion was using walker yet room given was very far from front desk. Also, wifi wasn't accessible.
