Hotel was good! Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that it seems that the location needs some cosmetic updates and maintenance

Basic needs were met here, the staff could be more welcoming as it felt awkward checking in, like we were interrupting their day. Shuttle service was great and very helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, timely shuttle service and easy parking service. I will definitely use this service again. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but to be fair I was there toward the end of serving time.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very humid in the room even with the A/C running. On the night we returned, the hotel phone number was not working and there was no other contact information to reach them for the hotel to pick us up from the airport. Had to take a taxi to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle.

I did not like that I needed to download an app to use the parking, and then it didn’t even work to open the gate. However, once I used the call box & gave my name, she opened the gate. The morning pick up to the airport was full for the time we needed & so we had to schedule 20 minutes earlier and that van was packed. The beds were on the hard side. Everything else was great & the pick up from the airport was fast & not crowded. The hotel staff & shuttle drivers were exceptional.

First time I had used a park sleep & fly, everything was great. Shuttle was dependable & they took us to our car to unload luggage. Very pleased with the service.
